3 HOURS of Ancient Wisdom & Healing Hypnosis | Dolores Cannon
You know, I've spent over 40 years
traveling down the most remarkable
rabbit hole you could ever imagine. And
I want to share something with you today
that changed everything I thought I knew
about reality, about who we are, and
about why we're really here on this
beautiful blue planet. sit with me for a
while, won't you get comfortable, maybe
make yourself a cup of tea? Because what
I'm about to share with you isn't just
information. It's a doorway. And once
you step through it, you can never quite
see the world the same way again. And
that's a good thing. That's a beautiful
thing because the world you're going to
discover is so much more magnificent,
so much more filled with possibility and
hope and purpose than anything you've
been taught to believe. I never set out
to become what people call a past life
regressionist or a researcher into the
unknown. That wasn't my plan at all. I
was just an ordinary Navy wife raising a
family, moving from place to place,
living what most people would call a
perfectly normal life. But sometimes
life has other plans for you, doesn't
it? Sometimes the universe taps you on
the shoulder and says, "This way, come
this way." And if you're brave enough or
curious enough or maybe just stubborn
enough to follow, you end up exactly
where you're meant to be. That's what
happened to me back in 1968 when a
friend asked if I'd help her with a
hypnosis project. I didn't know anything
about hypnosis.
I'd never been hypnotized, never studied
it, never even thought much about it.
But something inside me said yes. And
that yes changed everything. What I
discovered through that simple yes
through thousands and thousands of
hypnosis sessions over the decades that
followed is that we're living in the
middle of the most extraordinary story
and most of us don't even know it. We
walk around thinking we're just these
bodies, just these personalities,
just these little separate beings trying
to survive and maybe find a little
happiness before it's all over. But
that's not even close to the truth. Not
even in the same universe as the truth.
The truth is so much bigger, so much
more incredible. And I've seen it
session after session, person after
person, life after life. I've watched as
ordinary people, people just like you,
closed their eyes and opened up doorways
to memories and knowledge and wisdom
that had been locked inside them,
waiting for someone to ask the right
questions. And what I found, what they
told me changed everything I thought I
knew about reality itself. You see, when
someone goes into deep trance, when they
bypass that conscious mind that's always
trying to control, always trying to make
sense of things based on what it's been
taught, something extraordinary happens.
They start speaking about things they
couldn't possibly know. A farmer from
Arkansas describing intricate details of
ancient Egyptian temple ceremonies. A
school teacher from Kansas recounting a
lifetime as a Tibetan monk using terms
and concepts she'd never studied. A
mechanic from Texas suddenly speaking
about the structure of other dimensions
with a precision of a quantum physicist
except using completely different
language. Language that came from
somewhere else entirely.
Now at first I thought maybe it was past
lives, just past lives. Reincarnation.
And yes, that's part of it. But it goes
so much deeper than that because what I
discovered is that we're not just
reincarnating on Earth. We're not even
just reincarnating as humans. The souls
I've talked to, the beings that speak
through these people in trance, they've
told me about lives on other planets, in
other forms, in other dimensions where
the rules of physics, as we understand
them, simply don't apply.
I've had sessions where people describe
living as beings of pure light. No body,
just consciousness, just energy,
existing in a place where thought
creates reality instantly. I've talked
to people who remembered being part of
something they called the collective.
Not individuals at all, but part of a
group consciousness where thousands of
minds functioned as one. I've heard
about civilizations so advanced that
they'd move beyond physical form
entirely, existing in states of being we
don't even have words for. And here's
what really shook me. They all said they
came here to Earth voluntarily. They
chose this. They chose to compress
themselves down into these limited
physical bodies to forget who they
really were. to struggle and suffer and
learn in this dense difficult reality we
call life. And when I'd ask him why, why
would you do that? The answer was always
the same. Because Earth is a school.
Earth is where souls come to grow in
ways they can't grow anywhere else. And
that's when I started to understand
something profound. These souls weren't
being punished. They weren't sent here
against their will. They volunteered.
They actually stood in line, so to
speak, waiting for their chance to
incarnate on Earth during this
particular time period. Because what's
happening here right now on this planet
in this moment of history, it's
unprecedented. It's never happened
before in the entire universe. You see,
through these sessions, I learned that
Earth is going through a shift, a
transformation so massive, so complete
that souls from all over creation wanted
to be here to witness it, to participate
in it, to be part of it. They called it
many things, the shift, the awakening,
the new Earth. But what it really is is
a graduation. Earth and humanity are
moving from one level of consciousness
to another, from third dimension to
fifth dimension, from fear-based reality
to lovebased reality. And you, me,
everyone alive right now, we're here for
it. We chose to be here for it. [music]
I remember one client who came to me
because she felt lost. She said she
didn't understand her purpose under
hypnosis. Her higher self explained that
she was what they called a way shower.
She had lived hundreds of lifetimes,
accumulated tremendous wisdom and
experience, and she chose to come back
one more time specifically to help
others during this transition. She was
like a lighthouse, her higher self said.
Just by being here, by holding her
vibration steady, she was helping to
guide others through the storm.
and she started crying. Not sad tears,
but tears of relief. Because finally,
after feeling like she didn't belong
here, like she was different, like she
was struggling for no reason, finally it
all made sense. She wasn't broken, she
wasn't lost. She was exactly where she
was supposed to be, doing exactly what
she came here to do. That's when I
realized that every single person who
feels lost, who feels like they don't
fit, who looks around at this world and
thinks this isn't right, there has to be
more. They're not crazy. They're
remembering. They're starting to wake up
to who they really are and why they
really came. And here's what's
fascinating. When these souls start to
remember, everything changes for them.
The corporate job that once defined
their identity suddenly feels
suffocating.
The gossipy conversations that used to
fill their time now seem unbearably
shallow. The endless pursuit of more
money, more status, more stuff that
society told them would bring happiness.
It all starts to ring hollow. I've
watched this transformation happen
hundreds of times. A person comes to see
me thinking they need help because
something's wrong with them. They're
depressed, anxious, can't sleep, feel
disconnected from everyone around them.
They've been to therapists, tried
medications, read all the self-help
books. Nothing works because nobody's
addressing the real issue. The real
issue is that their soul is screaming,
"This isn't what we came for." You see
before you incarnate, you choose your
mission. You volunteer. Actually, you
sit in this expanded state of
consciousness where you can see the
entire timeline where you understand the
magnitude of what's happening on Earth
right now. And you raise your hand. You
say, "I'll go. I'll forget everything I
know. I'll be born into the heaviest,
densest dimension, and I'll find my way
back to remembering. I'll help wake
others up. It sounds insane when you're
here in the thick of it, doesn't it? Why
would anyone volunteer for this? Why
would you choose to forget who you
really are, to struggle, to feel lost
and alone? Because you knew something
that you've temporarily forgotten. You
knew that the forgetting makes the
remembering even more powerful. You knew
that by descending into the darkness,
you'd learn how to be a light in the
darkness. You knew that Earth during
this particular time period is like the
most advanced spiritual boot camp in the
universe. And here's what makes it even
more interesting. Most of the souls who
volunteered for this mission, they're
not first timers. Through my work, I've
discovered that many of you watching
this have lived hundreds, sometimes
thousands of lives. You've been the
peasant and the king, the victim and the
perpetrator, the student and the master.
You've died young and you've lived to
old age. You've experienced wealth and
poverty, health and illness, love and
heartbreak. But this lifetime, this one
is different. This is the lifetime where
everything you've ever learned, every
skill you've ever developed, every
lesson you've ever absorbed across all
those incarnations, it's all coming
together. This is your masterpiece
lifetime. This is the one you've been
preparing for. Think about it like this.
If you were training to climb Mount
Everest, you wouldn't start with
Everest, would you? You'd start with
smaller mountains. You'd build your
skills, your strength, your endurance.
You'd learn what works and what doesn't.
You'd fall down, get back up, learn from
your mistakes,
and then when you were finally ready,
you'd take on the ultimate challenge.
That's what you're doing right now.
Earth during this time of massive
transition and awakening is your Everest
and you chose to be here for it. Now, I
can already hear some of you saying,
"But Dolores, I don't feel like a master
soul on an important mission. Most days
I can barely get through my to-do list.
I struggle with anxiety, with
depression, with feeling lost and
purposeless. I don't feel special at
all." And that's exactly the point.
That's the veil working. That's the
forgetting that makes the experience so
valuable. If you came here with full
memory of who you really are, an
eternal, powerful, multi-dimensional
being, there'd be no challenge. There'd
be no growth. It would be like playing a
video game with all the cheat codes
activated. Sure, you might win, but you
wouldn't learn anything. You wouldn't
develop any real skills and more
importantly you wouldn't experience the
satisfaction of genuine growth. The
pride of overcoming real obstacles
through your own effort. You see the
souls who come here, they're not
beginners. They're not naive.
During my sessions, I've witnessed
something fascinating. When people
access their life between lives, when
they're in that superconscious state
between incarnations,
they understand exactly what they're
signing up for. They review their past
lives with complete clarity. They see
where they succeeded, where they fell
short, and what lessons still need to be
learned. And here's what absolutely
amazed me. They choose their next life
with full knowledge of what's coming.
They select their parents, their
culture, their body, their challenges,
sometimes the very difficulties that
would make most of us say, "Why would
anyone choose that?" I remember one
client who accessed a life between lives
memory where she was planning her
current incarnation.
In that space, she could see the entire
blueprint. She knew she would face
childhood trauma. She knew she would
struggle with self-worth. She knew there
would be relationships that would break
her heart. And yet, she chose it anyway.
When I asked her why, the answer that
came through was so simple, so profound.
Because this is what I need to learn,
compassion. This is what I need to
understand, the human heart. That's when
it really hit me. We're not victims of
our circumstances. We're architects of
our own experience.
The veil of forgetting, the amnesia that
comes with birth, isn't a bug in the
system. It's a feature. It's absolutely
essential. Because if you remembered
choosing your difficult parent, choosing
your health challenge, choosing your
financial struggles, you might not
engage with them authentically. You
might hold back. You might think, well,
I chose this as a lesson, so I don't
need to fully feel it. But the whole
point is to fully feel it. That's why
the veil exists, not as punishment, but
as sacred protection for your own
growth. It's the kindness of the
universe ensuring you don't
intellectualize what you came here to
experience in your bones. Think about it
this way. If you're watching a movie and
someone constantly reminds you it's just
actors on a set, just special effects,
just a script, you can't lose yourself
in the story. You can't feel the
emotional journey. The same principle
applies here. The souls who've shared
their between life experiences with me
describe this moment, the moment before
incarnation, with such tenderness, they
know they're about to forget. They know
they're stepping into darkness and they
do it anyway with courage that takes my
breath away. One woman I worked with saw
herself, her higher self, literally
kissing her human baby self goodbye
before fully entering the body. She wept
as she described it. I was telling
myself, "I'll see you again. When this
is over, we'll remember together. But
for now, you need to go have this
adventure without me looking over your
shoulder. And that's exactly what
happens. You go have the adventure, you
fall down, you get hurt, you experience
betrayal, you feel joy so piercing it
almost hurts. You love people so deeply
you can't imagine existing without them.
You discover talents you didn't know you
had. You overcome things you thought
would destroy you. All of it, every
single moment, is data. It's experience.
It's the universe knowing itself through
your unique perspective. And here's what
makes this whole design so brilliant.
Even though you forget the big picture,
you're never truly alone. You have what
I call the whisper system. your
intuition, your gut feelings, those
moments when you think of someone and
they call that inexplicable pull toward
a certain city, a certain career, a
certain person. Dreams that feel more
real than waking life. Synchronicities
that are too perfect to be coincidence.
These aren't accidents. They're your
higher self, your guides, your soul
family, sending you little signals
through the veil. Not enough to spoil
the experience, but enough to gently
course correct when you're drifting too
far off your intended path. And here's
what most people don't realize.
Sometimes the sign isn't gentle at all.
Sometimes your soul has to escalate. You
know what I'm talking about. You felt
it. That job that became so unbearable
you times had times to quit. That
relationship that imploded so
dramatically there was no going back.
That health issue that forced you to
completely change your lifestyle. We
call these course corrections, but
really they're more like emergency
breaks. Your soul signed up for certain
experiences, certain lessons, certain
growth. And when your human self gets
stubborn, when you cling to what's
comfortable, what's familiar, what's
slowly killing your spirit, your higher
self steps in with a firmer hand. I've
seen this pattern thousands of times in
my sessions. Someone comes to me
devastated about a loss, a job, a
relationship, a home. And when we go
into the session, when we access that
higher perspective, you know what they
discover? That the tragedy was actually
a rescue mission. Their soul
orchestrated the entire thing to get
them back on track. One woman came to me
after losing everything in a divorce,
her marriage, her financial security,
even her home. She was broken. couldn't
understand why this happened to someone
who tried so hard to be good, to do
everything right. But in the session, we
discovered she'd been suffocating. Her
soul was screaming for creative
expression, for freedom, for authentic
connection. The marriage was a gilded
cage, and she would have stayed in it
forever out of obligation. So her higher
self in collaboration with her husband's
higher self arranged the dissolution.
It times looked times like devastation
from the human level from the soul
level. It was liberation.
This is the part that challenges people
the most. Understanding that your soul
doesn't prioritize your comfort. It
prioritizes your growth, your expansion,
your evolution. And this is where most
people get stuck. They're waiting for
permission, waiting for a sign from the
universe, waiting to feel ready. But
here's what I learned from thousands of
sessions. The universe doesn't send you
permission slips. It sends you
opportunities disguised as obstacles.
Think about it. When you decided to come
here to this physical reality, you
didn't wait until conditions were
perfect. You jumped in knowing it would
be messy. Knowing you'd forget who you
were. Knowing you'd have to remember
yourself all over again. That
forgetting, it wasn't a mistake. It was
necessary.
Because if you came here fully
remembering your power, your divinity,
your connection to source, there would
be no growth, no contrast, no evolution.
You chose to forget so you could
experience the profound journey of
remembering. [music] And every single
challenge you faced has been part of
that remembering process. That job you
lost that devastated you, it was
redirecting you towards something more
aligned. That relationship that fell
apart, it was clearing space for deeper
connection, starting with the one with
yourself. That health crisis that scared
you, it was your body's way of getting
your attention, asking you to finally
listen. The universe speaks through
disruption, through the things that
shake you awake. And when you start to
understand this language, everything
changes. You stop seeing yourself as a
victim of circumstances and start
recognizing yourself as the creator of
your experience.
Not in some superficial think positive
thoughts kind of way, but in a deep
cellular understanding that you are
literally made of the same energy that
creates galaxies. The same intelligence
that orchestrates every heartbeat, every
breath, every sunset that's working
through you right now in this moment.
You are not separate from creation. You
are creation expressing itself in human
form. [music] And when you truly grasp
this, when you feel it in your bones,
you can no longer pretend to be small.
You can't unsee what you've seen. You
can't unknow what you know. And that's
when the real work begins because now
you have a choice. You can continue
playing the old game, pretending you
don't know better, wearing the mask that
society handed you, or you can step
fully into your truth even when it makes
others uncomfortable,
even when they don't understand.
I've watched people make both choices.
I've sat across from individuals who had
profound awakenings in their sessions.
People who met their higher selves, who
remembered their purpose, who felt the
infinite love of the universe flowing
through them. And then they went back to
their regular lives and nothing changed.
They went right back to the same
patterns, the same complaints, the same
limitations.
Why? Because knowing isn't enough.
Feeling isn't enough. You have to
integrate. You have to embody. You have
to let that knowledge reshape every
corner of your existence. This is what I
call spiritual maturity. It's not about
having the most impressive experiences
or collecting mystical moments like
souvenirs. It's about taking what you've
learned and actually living it. It's
about making the thousand small
decisions every day that align with your
highest truth instead of your smallest
fear. And here's what nobody tells you
about that journey. It gets lonely
sometimes. When you start vibrating at a
different frequency, not everyone can
meet you there. Some relationships
naturally fall away. Some people who
were once close start to feel distant.
Not because you're better than them.
Never think that, but because you're
simply on different paths now. I
remember a woman who came to me in tears
because her family thought she'd lost
her mind. She'd had a regression where
she remembered being a healer in ancient
Egypt. And it awakened something in her.
She started studying energy work,
changing her diet, questioning
everything she'd been taught. Her
husband wanted the old her back. Her
friends stopped calling. "Am I crazy?"
she asked me. "Should I just go back to
how things were?" I looked into her eyes
and said, "You're not crazy. You're
remembering who you are." And here's
what I've learned through all these
years of working with souls. Asteris
asteris The universe will never punish
you for choosing your truth. asteris
asterisk. What feels like loss is
actually recalibration.
Those relationships that fall away, they
were frequency matches for who you used
to be, not who you're becoming. The
universe isn't taking anything from you.
It's making space. Think of it like
this. You're a radio station and for
years you've been broadcasting on 98.5
FM. All your listeners, all your
audience, they're tuned to 98.5.
But you're evolving now. Your frequency
is shifting. Maybe you're moving up to
103.7.
The people still tuned to 98.5.
They can't hear you anymore. Not because
there's something wrong with them or
you. You're just on different
frequencies now. And this is where it
gets uncomfortable because part of you
wants to keep broadcasting on both
stations simultaneously.
You want to stay connected to everyone,
keep everyone happy, maintain all those
old relationships while also honoring
this new version of yourself. But you
can't broadcast on two frequencies at
once. You'll just create static
interference. Neither station comes
through clearly. asterisk asterisk. So,
you have to make a choice. Asterisk
asterisk. Do you dim your light to match
the room you're in, or do you shine
fully and trust that the right people
will be drawn to your true frequency?
I've watched thousands of people
navigate this crossroads.
The ones who try to straddle both
worlds, they end up exhausted,
resentful, fragmented. The ones who
honor their evolution, even when it's
scary, [music]
they experience something magical.
Asterisk asterisk, new people show up.
Asterisk, asterisk, new opportunities,
new synchronicities.
It's like the universe was just waiting
for them to commit to their frequency
before sending in the matches. But
here's the part nobody tells you.
Asterisk, there's a gap. asterisk
asterisk a space between who you were
and who you're becoming, between the old
relationships ending and the new ones
beginning. This is the void, the alone
time, the quiet. And you know what
happens in the void? In this emptiness
that society teaches you to fear, you
meet yourself. Not the version you've
been performing. Not the role you've
been playing to keep others comfortable.
Not the mask you wear to fit in, to be
accepted, to be loved. The real you, the
one who's been waiting beneath all those
layers of conditioning and expectation.
The one who knows things you've
forgotten. The one who remembers why you
came here. I've watched people resist
this moment with everything they have.
They fill every second with noise,
music, television, scrolling, anything
to avoid that quiet confrontation.
Because meeting yourself, truly meeting
yourself requires courage. Most people
don't know they possess. But here's what
the hermit teaches us. That meeting is
the treasure. That encounter with your
authentic self is the gold you've been
seeking in all the wrong places. You
see, we're taught to find ourselves
through others, through relationships,
through validation, through reflection
in someone else's eyes. And yes,
relationships matter. Love matters.
Connection matters deeply. But you
cannot give what you haven't found in
yourself first. You cannot love another
fully when you're still a stranger to
your own heart. You cannot show up
authentically in connection when you
don't know who you are in solitude. The
hermit withdraws not because they hate
people but because they love truth more
than comfort. They choose the difficult
path of self-nowledge over the easy path
of selfdeception.
And in that withdrawal, something
miraculous happens. The noise fades. The
opinions of others grow quieter. The
shoulds and supposed twos lose their
power. And in that space, that sacred
empty quiet space, you begin to hear
something you may have never heard
before. Your own voice.
Not the voice that repeats what you've
been taught. Not the voice that echoes
others expectations,
but the voice that's been yours since
before you learn to speak their
language. The voice of your soul. And
that voice, my friend, that voice knows
everything. It knows why you're afraid.
It knows what you're avoiding. It knows
the dreams you've buried and the gifts
you've denied. It knows the truth. You
came here to live. And it's becoming
harder and harder to ignore that
whisper, isn't it? Because the universe
has a funny way of getting your
attention when you refuse to listen. It
starts with gentle nudges, a book that
falls off the shelf, a conversation you
overhear at just the right moment, a
number sequence that keeps appearing, a
person who walks into your life speaking
truths you needed to hear. But if you
keep ignoring those nudges, they become
louder. That job that was draining you
suddenly disappears. That relationship
that was keeping you small finally ends.
That health issue that's been brewing
finally forces you to stop and pay
attention. The universe isn't punishing
you when these things happen. It's
redirecting you. It's saying asterisk.
You weren't listening to the whispers.
So, here's something you can't ignore.
Asterisk. I've seen this pattern
countless times in my work. Someone
loses everything they thought defined
them. And initially, they're devastated.
But years later, they look back and say,
"That was the best thing that ever
happened to me. I never would have found
my true path if I hadn't been forced off
the wrong one." The dismantling isn't
destruction. It's liberation. It's the
universe clearing away everything that
isn't authentically you so that what
times is times authentically you can
finally emerge. It's removing the
costume so you can remember your real
face. It's burning down the set so you
can step off the stage and into your
actual life. And here's what I need you
to understand. You don't have to wait
for the universe to dismantle things for
you. You can choose to listen to the
whisper now. You can choose to
acknowledge what your soul has been
trying to tell you. You can choose to
stop pretending and start living because
every moment you spend living someone
else's version of your life is a moment
you're not living your own. And your own
life, it's waiting for you. It's been
waiting this whole time. You know, I've
heard people say, "But Dolores, I've
tried. I've read the books. I've done
the meditations. I've gone to the
workshops, and I still feel stuck. I
still feel like I'm not good enough."
And I understand that frustration. I
really do. Because what's happened is
this. You've been trying to fix
yourself. You've been treating your
spiritual journey like there's something
broken that needs repair, like you're a
project that needs completion. But what
if there's nothing to fix? What if
you're already complete and you're just
remembering that completion?
See, the subconscious doesn't respond
well to force. It doesn't respond to
demands. It's like trying to grip water
in your fist. The tighter you squeeze,
the more it slips away. But when you
open your hand, when you relax, the
water rests there naturally. That's the
real secret to accessing your gifts.
It's not about trying harder. It's about
trying less. It's about getting out of
your own way and allowing what's already
there to flow through. I've seen this
time and time again in sessions. The
people who struggle the most are the
ones who are fighting themselves.
They're so afraid of doing it wrong, so
worried they won't be good enough that
they create the very blockage they're
trying to clear. And then in a moment of
surrender, when they finally stop trying
to control it. When they finally let go
of needing to prove something, that's
when everything opens up. That's when
the information floods through. That's
when they realize they were standing in
front of an open door the entire time,
just afraid to walk through it. Your
gifts aren't hidden from you. They're
not locked away in some distant realm
that you need special keys to access.
They're here right now, waiting for your
permission to express themselves.
They're in every intuitive hit you've
dismissed, every synchronicity you've
rationalized away, every dream you've
forgotten by morning. The question isn't
whether you have these abilities. You do
every single one of you. The question
is, are you willing to trust them? Are
you willing to trust yourself?
Because that's really what this is
about. Trust,
not blind faith, but deep cellular trust
in the intelligence that animates
everything. You know, I worked with
thousands of people over the years, and
I noticed something fascinating. The
ones who had the hardest time accessing
their past lives or connecting with
their higher consciousness weren't the
skeptics. It was the people who didn't
trust themselves.
They'd come to me and say, "Dolores, I
don't think I can do this. What if I'm
just making it all up?" And I'd tell
them what I'm telling you now. Your
rational mind can't make up the kind of
information that comes through in these
sessions. the details, the emotions, the
historical accuracy that people have no
way of knowing. That doesn't come from
imagination.
That comes from memory. That comes from
accessing something real. But here's the
thing. You have to get out of your own
way. You have to stop secondguessing
every intuitive hit, every gut feeling,
every synchronicity that shows up in
your life. Because when you dismiss
these things as coincidence or wishful
thinking, you're essentially telling the
universe, "I don't trust the guidance
you're sending me." And the universe,
well, it respects your free will. It
won't force anything on you. If you keep
insisting you're alone, if you keep
refusing to see the signs, eventually
they become quieter. Not because you're
abandoned, but because you've asked not
to hear them. I've seen this happen.
People who shut down their intuition for
years, sometimes decades, because
someone once told them they were being
silly or irrational, and then they
wonder why life feels so hard, why
everything's a struggle. It's like
trying to navigate in the dark when
you've got a perfectly good flashlight
in your hand. You've just convinced
yourself the batteries don't work. the
truth. The batteries always work. You
just have to flip the switch. So, how do
you start trusting again? How do you
rebuild that connection if you've spent
years ignoring it? You start small. You
start paying attention. You begin by
noticing when your body speaks to you,
not with words, but with sensations.
That tightness in your chest when you're
about to say yes to something you know
you should decline. That flutter of
excitement that rises up when you think
about a particular path, even if it
doesn't make logical sense. These aren't
random signals. They're your inner
guidance system trying to get your
attention. I worked with a woman once
who told me she'd develop terrible
migraines. They'd come on suddenly,
always on Sunday evenings. She went to
doctors, tried medications, changed her
diet. Nothing worked. When we explored
it under hypnosis, what came through was
fascinating. Her soul showed her that
those migraines were her body's way of
screaming what she wouldn't let herself
admit consciously.
She dreaded going back to her job. She'd
convinced herself the position was
perfect, that she should be grateful,
that leaving would be irresponsible.
But her higher self knew differently.
[music] The migraines weren't the
problem. They were the message. Within 3
months of leaving that job, the
migraines disappeared completely. Her
body stopped shouting because she
finally listened. This is what I mean by
rebuilding the connection. Your body is
always communicating with your soul.
Always. You just have to relearn the
language. And here's something
beautiful. Your soul is incredibly
patient. It doesn't matter if you've
ignored it for 10 years or 40. The
moment you turn your attention back, it
responds.
So, you start noticing. You pause before
making decisions. And you feel into them
instead of just thinking about them. You
ask yourself, does this expand me or
contract me? Does this bring me closer
to who I really am or does it pull me
further into a role I'm playing? And you
listen to your dreams. Oh, your dreams.
This is where your soul speaks most
freely without the interference of your
conscious mind's judgments and fears.
Your soul will use symbols, metaphors,
recurring themes. Pay attention to the
dreams that repeat, the ones that feel
more real than waking life. I've had
clients who dreamed of the same door for
years before they finally walked through
it in their sessions with me. And when
they did, oh, when they did, they found
entire lifetimes waiting on the other
side. Write them down immediately when
you wake. Keep a journal by your bed
because the conscious mind is clever. It
will convince you that you'll remember
that it was so vivid there's no way you
could forget. But within minutes,
sometimes seconds, that doorway closes,
the symbols fade, and you're left with
just a feeling, a sense that something
important was trying to reach you. I
remember one woman who kept dreaming of
a red door in a stone wall. Just that,
nothing else. A red door, slightly a
jar, light coming through. For months,
this dream persisted. And when we
finally regressed her, she went
immediately to a lifetime in medieval
France. And there it was, that exact
door. It was the entrance to a monastery
where she'd hidden manuscripts,
knowledge that the church was trying to
destroy. Her soul had been trying to
tell her for months, there's something
here you need to remember. There's
knowledge you're supposed to retrieve.
The dream world is the bridge. You see,
it's where the veil is thinnest where
your higher self can slip messages
through to your waking consciousness.
And some of you, many of you watching
this are already receiving guidance
through your dreams. You're already
being prepared for what's coming. Now,
here's what I want you to understand
about free will because this confuses so
many people. Yes, you chose to be here.
Yes, there are lessons you plan to
learn, but you're not locked into
anything. This isn't predestination.
This is a curriculum you designed with
options, with choices, with multiple
pathways to the same growth. You see,
when I would work with clients, I'd ask
them under hypnosis, "Why did you choose
these particular parents?" And the
answers would astound people. They'd say
things like, "I chose my alcoholic
father because I needed to learn
boundaries in this lifetime. In my last
life, I was too rigid, too controlling.
I needed to experience chaos to find my
center, to learn how to maintain peace
within myself regardless of external
circumstances.
Or they'd say, "I chose my critical
mother because I needed to stop seeking
external validation. I'd spent three
lifetimes looking for approval from
others. This time I had to learn to
approve of myself first. And here's
what's beautiful about this. The same
challenging parent that teaches one soul
about boundaries might teach their
sibling about compassion.
Different souls, different lessons, same
classroom. That's why siblings can have
such different experiences of the same
childhood. You're not living the same
life. you're having completely different
educations within the same household.
Now, when people first hear this
concept, there's often resistance. Are
you saying I chose to be abused? Are you
saying I asked for this trauma? And I
understand that reaction, but let me be
very clear here. You didn't choose abuse
because you deserved it or because you
wanted to suffer. You chose challenging
circumstances because your soul knew
that within those challenges lay the
specific catalyst for your growth. Your
soul didn't say, "Oh, good suffering."
Your soul said, "This circumstance will
give me the opportunity to remember who
I really am, to develop the strength I
came here to build, to master the lesson
I've been working on across multiple
lifetimes."
There's a profound difference between
those two perspectives. One makes you a
victim. The other makes you a warrior on
a chosen path. And I watched session
after session as people move from that
victim consciousness into empowerment
when they understood this truth. Some of
the most remarkable sessions I ever
conducted involved people remembering
what I came to call landmark lives,
incarnations where they made pivotal
choices that would affect dozens of
future lifetimes. These weren't always
dramatic moments in history. Sometimes
they were quiet choices made in ordinary
circumstances that set entire patterns
in motion. I remember a woman, I'll call
her Patricia, who came to me with severe
claustrophobia.
She couldn't ride in elevators, couldn't
be in small rooms, couldn't even wear
turtleneck sweaters without panicking.
It had controlled her life for 40 years.
Under hypnosis, she went back to a life
where she was a young girl in medieval
Europe, maybe eight or nine years old.
Her family was hiding from soldiers
during a raid. They pushed her into a
tiny space, a cabinet or cupboard of
some kind, and told her to stay
completely quiet. She heard the soldiers
come in. She heard her family being
killed. And she stayed in that dark
space, frozen in terror for what felt
like forever. When she finally crawled
out, everyone she loved was gone. Now,
here's where it gets fascinating. That
trauma was terrible. Yes. But it wasn't
just the trauma that created her
claustrophobia.
It was the vow she made to herself in
that moment. Never again will I let
myself be trapped. Never again will I be
unable to move, unable to run, unable to
save myself. That vow was so powerful,
made in such an extreme emotional state
that it imprinted on her soul. She
carried it through death into the
between life state and then brought it
with her into this current lifetime. Her
soul remembered the vow even though her
conscious mind didn't. So every time she
was in a confined space, her soul
panicked, thinking it was protecting her
from being trapped again. The
claustrophobia wasn't random. It was
actually her soul trying to keep a
promise it had made centuries ago. And
the beautiful part, once she understood
the origin, once she brought that
awareness into the light, the
claustrophobia began to dissolve. Not
overnight, but gradually because the
soul realized it didn't need to protect
her anymore. The danger had passed
lifetimes ago. The cell was gone. She
was free. This is what I mean when I say
karma isn't punishment. It's
information. It's your soul leaving
breadcrumbs for you to follow back to
understanding.
And when you pick up those breadcrumbs,
when you follow them home, the patterns
release, the fears soften, the
inexplicable becomes clear. Now, let me
share another case that illustrates this
perfectly.
I worked with a woman who had an
absolutely debilitating fear of fire.
Not just normal caution, mind you. She
couldn't light a match, couldn't sit
near a fireplace, couldn't even watch
fire on television without her heart
racing. It had controlled her entire
life. Under hypnosis, we went back. And
what did we find? She had been burned at
the stake in a past life, accused of
witchcraft, tied to wood, flames rising
around her. The terror of that death had
imprinted so deeply that her soul
carried it forward, trying desperately
to keep her away from fire in this
lifetime. But here's what's fascinating.
As we explored that life further, we
discovered something remarkable. In that
lifetime, just before her death, she had
made a vow. She had looked at the crowd
watching her burn and she had said with
everything in her being, "I will never
let fear silence me again. I will speak
my truth no matter what." And in this
current life, she was a journalist,
someone who spoke truth to power, who
investigated corruption, who refused to
be silenced. The very trauma that left
her terrified of fire had also planted
the seed of her greatest strength. Her
soul remembered both the pain and the
promise. And this is what makes soul
memory so profound. It isn't just about
trauma. It's about understanding the
times, architectured times of who you
are. Every fear you carry, every
unexplained talent, every inexplicable
passion, they're all breadcrumbs leading
back to the larger story of your soul.
I've watched this pattern repeat across
thousands of sessions. The woman with
the paralyzing fear of drowning, who
when regressed remembered being a sea
captain who went down with her ship, but
who also in this lifetime became a
champion swimmer. Her soul didn't just
carry the trauma. It carried the times,
love times of the water, the terror and
the passion existing side by side. The
man with chronic neck pain that no
doctor could explain. Under hypnosis, he
witnessed himself being hanged for theft
in 18th century England, a crime he
didn't commit. But here's what's
remarkable. In his current life, he'd
become a defense attorney, dedicating
his career to protecting the falsely
accused. His body remembered the
injustice, yes, but his soul remembered
the times calling asteric. You see, we
focus so much on the wounds that we
forget about the gifts. Every lifetime
you've lived has left deposits in your
soul's account. Skills you mastered,
wisdom you earned, love you gave and
received. These don't evaporate when you
die. They come with you, encoded in the
very essence of who you are. That's why
some children pick up instruments and
play like they've practiced for years.
Why some people have an inexplicable
affinity for certain time periods or
cultures they've never studied. Why you
might feel instantly at home in a place
you've never visited or recognize
someone you've never met. Your soul
remembers. And the most beautiful part,
once you understand this, once you see
the pattern, everything changes. That
irrational fear stops controlling you
because now you understand its origin.
It's not times you times who's broken.
It's an echo from another time, another
place. And echoes can be acknowledged,
thanked for the protection they tried to
offer, and gently released. You see, the
soul doesn't just carry wounds. It also
carries wisdom. profound ancient wisdom
that's been accumulated across
lifetimes. And when you access that
wisdom through past life exploration,
something extraordinary happens. You
stop looking outside yourself for all
the answers. I've watched this
transformation countless times. Someone
comes in feeling lost, disconnected from
their purpose, constantly seeking
validation from others.
We explore a life where they were a
healer, a teacher, a guide to their
community. And suddenly they recognize
that same capacity within themselves.
Times right now asterisk that wisdom
didn't disappear. It's been there all
along just waiting to be remembered. One
woman I worked with had always felt
drawn to natural medicine, but she'd
suppressed it, thinking it wasn't
legitimate or scientific enough. During
our session, she experienced a lifetime
as an indigenous medicine woman who
understood the healing properties of
plants in ways that modern science is
only beginning to rediscover. She saw
herself mixing remedies, feeling the
energy of different herbs, knowing
instinctively what each person needed.
When she came out of that trans state,
she was crying. But these weren't tears
of sadness. They were tears of
recognition. "I times know times these
things," she whispered. "I've always
known them. I just thought I was making
it up." That's the power of remembering.
It validates what your soul has always
been trying to tell you. And once you
begin to validate what your soul knows,
something remarkable happens. The doors
that were closed begin to open. The
memories that were blocked begin to
flow. And you start to understand that
you've been living with one foot in this
world and one foot in another reality
all along. I've seen this transformation
happen countless times. A person comes
to me confused, feeling fragmented,
unable to make sense of these
experiences.
And after a session, after remembering,
they walk out integrated, whole, because
suddenly all those strange pieces of
their life make perfect sense. The
dreams they've had since childhood,
those weren't random neurons firing,
they were memories bleeding through the
feeling of homesickness for a place
they've never been. That was their soul
remembering where it came from. The
knowledge of things they were never
taught, that was wisdom carried across
lifetimes, across dimensions, across the
very fabric of reality itself. You see,
your soul doesn't forget. It can't
forget. Every experience,
every lifetime, every moment of
existence is recorded in the quantum
field of your consciousness.
The only question is whether your human
mind is ready to access it. And here's
what I want you to understand. You don't
need my permission to remember. You
don't need anyone's permission. The only
permission you need is your own. Your
soul has been waiting for this moment,
waiting for you to be ready, waiting for
you to ask the questions, waiting for
you to open the door from your side.
Because the universe operates on free
will. Your guides can't force you to
remember. Your higher self can't
override your human consciousness
without your consent. Everything is
invitation.
Everything is choice. And the very fact
that you're here listening to these
words means you've already made the
choice. You've already said yes. Now
it's just a matter of learning [music]
how to hear the answers. I want to share
something with you about the process of
remembering. It's not always dramatic.
It's not always like a lightning bolt
from the sky. Sometimes it's gentle.
Sometimes it's so subtle you almost miss
it. You might be washing dishes and
suddenly know something you didn't know
a moment before. You might be driving
and feel yourself shift into a memory
from another time. You might be falling
asleep and catch a glimpse of who you
really are beneath this human costume.
These aren't accidents. These aren't
coincidences.
These are moments when the veil thins
just enough for truth to slip through.
And each time it happens, you have a
choice. You can dismiss it, rationalize
it, explain it away with logic and
reason, or you can lean in. You can
whisper yes. You can acknowledge that
something deeper is speaking. I've
watched people fight these moments for
years. They'll have a profound
experience and then spend the next
decade trying to convince themselves it
didn't mean what it meant. They'll dream
of flying and wake up feeling free, then
immediately start searching for
psychological explanations.
They'll look into someone's eyes and
recognize a soul they've known for
lifetimes, then convince themselves it's
just chemistry or projection. Why do we
do this? Why do we work so hard to stay
small when the universe is constantly
inviting us to expand? Because expansion
is terrifying.
Because remembering who you really are
means you can never pretend to be just
this again. Once you've tasted your own
vastness, the cage of limitation becomes
unbearable. But here's what I've learned
through thousands of sessions, thousands
of souls speaking truth under hypnosis.
The discomfort of expansion is
temporary, but the pain of contraction
lasts lifetimes.
Every time you ignore your intuition,
every time you silence your inner
knowing, every time you shrink yourself
to fit into someone else's idea of
reality, you create a small fracture in
your relationship with yourself. And
those fractures accumulate.
Eventually, the soul will start
shouting. That's what the awakening
really is. It's not some mystical event
that happens to special people. [music]
It's what occurs when your soul has been
whispering for so long that it finally
has to raise its voice. The anxiety, the
restlessness,
the feeling that something is wrong,
even when everything looks right on
paper, these aren't problems to be
fixed. They're invitations to remember.
Your soul doesn't speak in words. It
speaks in sensations,
in synchronicities,
in sudden knowing that defies
explanation.
It speaks in the pull towards certain
people, certain places, certain ideas
that make no logical sense but feel
deeply, profoundly true. I've watched
this language of the soul express itself
in countless ways during my sessions. A
woman who suddenly feels compelled to
learn pottery, though she's never been
artistic, discovers it was her craft in
three different lifetimes. [music] A man
who is inexplicably drawn to the ocean
his entire life, despite growing up in
the desert, recalls drowning in a past
existence and realizes his soul is
guiding him back to make peace with that
water. A child who insists on sleeping
with the light on isn't being difficult.
She's remembering when the darkness
wasn't safe. These aren't quirks.
They're not random preferences or
irrational fears. They're your soul
leaving breadcrumbs trying to guide you
back to your wholeness. And here's what
makes this so extraordinary. Your soul
knows things your conscious mind has
forgotten. It remembers every contract
you made before you came here. It holds
the blueprint of who you intended to
become. It carries the wisdom of every
experience you've ever had across every
lifetime you've lived. When you feel
that inexplicable pull towards
something, a career that makes no
practical sense, a place you've never
been but somehow miss, a person you just
met who feels like home, that's your
soul recognizing something your mind
can't see yet. That's recognition, not
introduction.
That's remembering, not discovering.
I've seen people weep the first time
they visit a particular country, though
they've never been there in this
lifetime. I've watched them walk streets
they've never seen before, with absolute
certainty about what's around the
corner. That's not deja vu. That's
memory. That's your soul saying, "Yes,
we know this place. We've been here
before." [music] The challenge is
learning to trust it. We've been so
thoroughly trained to trust only what we
can see, touch, measure, and prove.
We've been taught that logic trumps
intuition, that thoughts are more
reliable than feelings, that the
external world is more real than the
internal one. But your soul is speaking
a language older than words. It's
speaking in sensations,
in knowings, in whispers that bypass
your logical mind entirely. And when you
feel that inexplicable pull towards
something, that's not random. That's
recognition.
That's your higher self saying this way.
Remember this. You chose this. I've
watched this play out in sessions more
times than I can count. Someone will be
describing a past life and suddenly
they'll pause. Their whole energy shifts
and they'll say something like, "I know
this sounds crazy, but I feel like I
chose to die in that life. Like I knew
it was time, like there was something I
needed to learn from that ending." And
here's what's fascinating. They're not
speaking from their conscious mind when
they say that. They're accessing
something deeper. They're touching that
space between lives where the soul makes
its choices. You see, your soul doesn't
think the way your human mind thinks. It
doesn't worry about comfort or
convenience or taking the easy path.
Your soul thinks in terms of expansion,
evolution, experience.
It looks at a difficult life and sees
opportunity.
It looks at pain and sees potential for
compassion. It looks at limitation and
sees a chance to discover strength you
didn't know you had. And I know that can
be hard to accept when you're in the
middle of suffering. When you're dealing
with loss or illness or heartbreak, the
last thing you want to hear is that you
somehow chose this. But here's what I've
learned from thousands of souls speaking
from that expanded state. You didn't
choose it as punishment. You chose it as
curriculum. There's a profound
difference. Think of it this way. Before
you came here, you were like a student
looking at courses for the upcoming
semester. You knew what you wanted to
master. Maybe it was patience, maybe
forgiveness, maybe standing in your
power, maybe learning to love yourself.
and you looked at the different life
scenarios available, the different
families, the different challenges, and
you said, "Yes, that one. That
combination of circumstances will give
me exactly what I need to grow in the
way I'm seeking." You chose your parents
not because they would be easy, but
because they would be perfect teachers.
You chose them with full awareness of
their wounds, their limitations, their
struggles. You knew that father would be
distant, that mother would be critical,
that there would be poverty or wealth or
instability or rigidity. You saw it all
from the sole perspective before you
came here, and you understood that these
weren't punishments. They were the
fertile soil for your specific growth.
I've had people say to me, "Dolores, are
you telling me I chose to be abused? I
chose to suffer? And I have to be gentle
here because the human part of you that
experienced the pain is real and valid."
But yes, from the soul level, you chose
the circumstances that would create the
exact pressure needed for your
evolution. Not because you wanted to
suffer, but because you wanted to grow
in ways that require that particular
catalyst. Think of a diamond. It doesn't
form in comfort. It forms under
tremendous pressure deep in the earth
where the conditions are almost
unbearable.
The carbon doesn't choose pressure
because it enjoys suffering. It chooses
pressure because that's the only way it
becomes a diamond. And you before you
came here, you understood this principle
at the deepest level. You also chose
your body, every aspect of it. The color
of your skin, your physical abilities or
disabilities, your health challenges,
your appearance. These weren't random
assignments. They were deliberate
choices made to give you a specific
experience in this lifetime. If you
chose a body that society considers
beautiful, you chose to learn lessons
about vanity, superficiality,
or perhaps about using beauty for good.
If you chose a body that faces
discrimination or limitation, you chose
to learn lessons about inner strength,
resilience, or perhaps to teach others
about compassion and acceptance. your
sexuality, your gender identity. These
two were chosen not by accident, not as
punishment, but as doorways into
specific lessons your soul wish to
experience. Some souls choose to
incarnate in bodies where their inner
identity doesn't match societal
expectations precisely because they want
to understand what it means to live
authentically against all odds. They
want to teach the world about courage,
about truth, about the artificial nature
of the boxes we create. I've spoken to
souls who chose bodies with chronic
illness, and they tell me the same
thing. I wanted to understand
consciousness beyond the physical. I
wanted to learn compassion from the
inside. I wanted my life to be a
testament to spirit over matter. These
aren't victims. These are warriors of
consciousness who took on challenges
that most souls would hesitate to
accept. Your race, your ethnicity, the
color of your skin, all chosen for the
experiences they would bring. Some souls
deliberately alternate races from
lifetime to lifetime to understand the
full spectrum of human experience.
How can you judge another race if you've
lived as every race? How can you harbor
prejudice if you've experienced
discrimination from both sides? The
beauty of this perspective is that it
removes all hierarchy. There is no
better or worse body. There's only the
body that serves your particular
curriculum in this school called Earth.
The CEO in the perfectly healthy body
isn't more advanced than the person in a
wheelchair. They're simply taking
different classes. And here's something
profound that came through in my
sessions. Your body is not just a
vehicle. It's a communication device.
Every ache, every pain, every illness is
your body trying to tell you something.
It's speaking to you constantly. But
we've forgotten the language. We've been
taught to silence it with medications
rather than listen to its messages. When
you understand that you chose your body,
you begin to treat it differently. You
stop seeing it as an enemy when it
doesn't look or perform the way you
want. You start seeing it as a sacred
partner in your spiritual journey. Your
body is listening to every thought you
think, every belief you hold, every
emotion you suppress or express. is not
just listening, it's responding. It's
creating your physical reality based on
the energetic blueprint. You're feeding
it moment by moment. I've worked with
thousands of clients who carried
diseases that had no medical
explanation. And when we went into the
past life or into the deeper layers of
their subconscious, we always found the
same thing. unprocessed emotions,
beliefs they had been carrying for so
long they forgot they were even there. A
woman came to me once with severe back
pain that had lasted for years. The
doctors could find nothing wrong. They
called it psychosomatic, which made her
feel dismissed and even more frustrated.
But when we did the session, we
discovered she had been carrying her
entire family on her back emotionally
for decades. She believed it was her
responsibility to hold everyone together
and her body quite literally manifested
that burden as physical pain. The moment
she understood this, the moment she gave
herself permission to release that
responsibility,
the pain began to ease. Not over months,
over days. Because the body doesn't need
time to heal when the emotional and
energetic blockage is removed. It just
needs permission. Your body is always
trying to communicate with you. Pain is
not punishment. It's communication.
Illness is not bad luck or random
misfortune. It's information. Your body
is saying, "Pay attention here.
Something is out of balance. Something
needs to be acknowledged, felt, and
released. But we've been trained to
silence the body, to numb it with pills,
to override it with willpower, to ignore
it until it screams so loud we have no
choice but to listen. And even then, we
treat the symptom instead of asking the
deeper question, "What is my body trying
to tell me?" I'm not saying you
shouldn't see a doctor. I'm not saying
medicine doesn't have its place. What
I'm saying is that true healing requires
more than treating the physical. It
requires looking at the emotional, the
mental, and the spiritual layers
underneath. And here's what I've seen
time and time again in my sessions.
When someone addresses the root cause,
the emotional trauma, the limiting
belief, the spiritual disconnect, the
physical symptoms often resolve on their
own, not always overnight, but
gradually, naturally, as if the body was
just waiting for permission to heal. I
remember working with a woman who had
severe digestive issues for years. She'd
been to specialist after specialist.
They'd run every test imaginable. Some
said it was IBS.
Others thought it might be Crohn's
disease. She was on medications,
following strict diets, and nothing
really helped. When she came to see me,
she was desperate and exhausted. During
the regression, we discovered something
profound. She'd been carrying tremendous
guilt since childhood. Guilt over
something that wasn't even her fault.
Her parents had divorced when she was
young, and in her child's mind, she
believed she was responsible. She
thought if she'd been better, quieter,
more perfect, they would have stayed
together. And for decades, her body had
been literally unable to digest this
guilt. It was stuck in her system,
manifesting as physical illness. Once we
brought this to light, once she
understood what had really happened and
released that burden she'd been
carrying, her digestive issues began to
improve. Within months, they were almost
completely gone. The doctors had no
explanation for it, but I did. Her body
had finally been freed to function the
way it was designed to. This is what I
mean by looking at the whole person. The
body speaks in symptoms. pain, illness,
disease. These are messages trying to
get your attention. They're not random
punishments or bad luck. They're your
soul's way of saying, "Hey, we need to
deal with something here." And when you
ignore those messages, when you just
suppress the symptoms without addressing
the cause, the body will find another
way to speak. The message gets louder.
the symptoms get worse or move to a
different area entirely. I've seen this
pattern repeat itself countless times in
my sessions. Someone comes in with
chronic back pain. We do the regression
and we discover they've been carrying
the weight of everyone else's problems
on their shoulders for years. They're
the family caretaker, the office
peacemaker, the one everyone leans on,
and their body is literally bending
under that burden. Or migraines that
turn out to be connected to someone who
won't allow themselves to think their
own thoughts, who's constantly absorbing
everyone else's opinions and
expectations until their head feels like
it's going to explode. because it is.
Energetically speaking, it is. Now,
here's where this gets really
interesting. When we go into these
sessions and we identify the emotional
root, something remarkable happens. I've
watched physical symptoms that people
have had for decades simply disappear.
Not because we treated the symptom, but
because we addressed the cause. The body
doesn't need that alarm bell anymore.
The message has been received and
understood. The emotional wound has been
acknowledged and can begin to heal. But
you have to understand something crucial
here. The body isn't punishing you. It's
not your enemy. It's actually trying to
save you. Every single symptom is an act
of love from your body trying to get
your attention before something worse
happens. Think about it. That tight
feeling in your chest when you're
stressed, that's your body saying, "This
situation isn't safe. We need to make a
change." Those tension headaches, you're
overthinking this. You need to let go.
The exhaustion that no amount of sleep
seems to cure, you're living out of
alignment with your soul's purpose. This
isn't the life you came here to live.
Your body is having a conversation with
you every single day. The question is,
are you listening? And the way you
respond to your body's conversation
changes everything. I've seen clients
who spent years treating symptoms.
Popping pills for the headache, taking
ant acids for the stomach, using creams
for the rash. But these are just
band-aids on bullet wounds. They're
silencing the messenger without hearing
the message. Your body speaks in
whispers first. A little tension in the
shoulders after that phone call with
your mother. A slight tightness in your
chest when you think about Monday
morning. A flutter in your stomach when
someone mentions your debt. These are
gentle nudges, soft warnings that
something in your life needs attention.
But we ignore the whispers. We push
through. We tell ourselves we're fine.
We're tough. We can handle it. And so
the body has to speak louder. The
tension becomes chronic pain. The
tightness becomes anxiety attacks. The
flutter becomes an ulcer. The body
doesn't want to hurt you. It's
desperately trying to save you. I
remember a woman who came to me with
severe migraines.
In the session, her subconscious showed
me a image that was startling in its
clarity. She was standing at a
crossroads, but she had a blindfold on.
The migraines, her higher self
explained, were forcing her to stop, to
close her eyes to the external world, to
finally look inward at the decision
she'd been avoiding for 3 years. She
knew she needed to leave her marriage,
but she kept ignoring that knowing. So,
her body created a situation where she
couldn't ignore anything, where she had
to retreat into darkness and silence
several times a month. When she finally
made the decision to leave, the
migraines stopped completely. After 15
years of suffering, they simply
vanished. This wasn't coincidence.
This was the body completing its
mission. They fulfilled their purpose
and when they were no longer needed,
they dissolved back into the quantum
field like morning mist in sunlight.
Now, here's where it gets even more
fascinating. The pattern recognition
I've witnessed across decades reveals
something extraordinary about timing.
Bodies don't just hold memories, they
hold them until we're ready to release
them.
I've worked with clients who had the
exact same symptom in the exact same
location their entire adult lives, 20
years, 30 years, some even longer. And
then in one session, we'd uncover the
source trauma, perhaps a drowning in
1847,
perhaps a betrayal in ancient Rome. And
within days, sometimes hours, symptoms
that had resisted every medical
intervention would simply cease to
exist. The body was waiting, waiting for
consciousness to catch up, waiting for
the moment when you could finally see
the connection, understand the pattern,
release the energy. This is why some
people heal spontaneously while others
don't. It's not about worthiness. It's
not about faith or positive thinking or
doing everything right. It's about
readiness. The soul has a curriculum and
healing happens when you've learned what
you came here to learn from that
particular experience.
I remember a woman with severe digestive
issues couldn't eat without pain. Had
tried every elimination diet, every
supplement, every specialist. We
regressed her and she found herself as a
young mother in pioneer times who had to
watch her children starve during a
brutal winter. She survived, they
didn't. The guilt she carried from that
lifetime had literally closed off her
ability to nourish herself in this one.
Her body was saying, "I don't deserve
sustenance. I should have been the one
to go without. Once she understood that
those children were souls on their own
journey, that her survival wasn't a
betrayal, but part of a larger plan, her
digestive system began functioning
normally within weeks. The body had been
holding that story, waiting for her
consciousness to evolve enough to
rewrite the ending. This is the
conversation your body has been trying
to have with you your entire life. Every
ache, every illness, every mysterious
symptom that doctors can't explain, it's
all communication.
Your body is the most honest thing about
you. It cannot lie. It cannot pretend.
It holds the truth of every experience
your soul has ever had. And it will
continue speaking louder and louder
until you finally listen. And when you
finally do listen, when you stop
resisting and start receiving,
everything begins to shift. I've watched
it happen countless times. A person
comes to me carrying 30 years of
migraines that no doctor could explain.
We do the session, we go into the
subconscious, and there it is, clear as
crystal. In a past life, they were
struck in the head, killed instantly.
The trauma was so sudden, so violent
that the soul carried the imprint
forward. The body remembered what the
conscious mind had forgotten. Once we
bring it to light, once we acknowledge
what happened, the migraines stop.
Sometimes immediately,
sometimes within days, the body finally
receives permission to let it go. Or
consider the woman who came to me with
an inexplicable terror of water. She
couldn't take baths. She avoided pools.
The ocean made her physically ill.
During our session, she regressed to a
life where she drowned. She was a young
mother. A ship went down. She was
trapped below deck. Water pouring in,
unable to reach her children. The fear
she felt in those final moments was so
overwhelming that it seeped into the
very fabric of her soul. We didn't just
see it, we healed it. Her higher self
explained that she had chosen to carry
that fear into this life as a reminder,
a spiritual alarm system. But now it was
time to release it. She had learned what
she needed to learn. Within weeks she
was swimming. She told me later that she
wept the first time she stood in the
ocean feeling joy instead of terror.
This is what I mean when I say the body
keeps the score. It's not metaphorical.
It's literal. Your cells, your tissues,
your very DNA, they all carry memory.
And when the subconscious speaks through
the body, it's offering you a road map
back to healing. And here's what makes
this even more profound. Your body
doesn't lie. Your mind can rationalize.
Your ego can defend. Your conscious
thoughts can spin elaborate stories. But
your body, it simply reflects what is.
I've sat with clients who insisted they
had resolved their childhood trauma.
I've done the work. They'd tell me,
"I've forgiven. I've moved on." And yet
their bodies told a different story.
Chronic tension in the jaw. Digestive
issues that flared during family
gatherings. A persistent pain in the
left shoulder. Always the left. Always
the shoulder. When we went into the
subconscious, we discovered the truth. A
5-year-old child still holding on to the
belief that speaking up wasn't safe. A
teenager who learned to swallow their
feelings rather than express them. a
young adult who carried the weight of a
parents expectations on that very
shoulder. The conscious mind had
forgiven, but the body, the body was
still holding the contract. This is why
intellectual understanding alone rarely
creates lasting change. You can read
every self-help book, attend every
workshop, understand the psychology
behind your patterns, and still find
yourself stuck. Because knowing isn't
the same as releasing. Understanding
isn't the same as healing. The body
needs to be brought into the
conversation.
In QHT,
we don't just talk to the mind. We speak
directly to the intelligence that
governs the body, what I call the
subconscious, what others might call the
higher self or the soul. And we ask it
directly, what is this pain about? What
is this illness trying to communicate?
What needs to be understood, felt, or
released? And the answers that come
through are stunning in their clarity
and simplicity. A woman with
fibromyalgia discovered she was
literally holding the pain of multiple
lifetimes in her muscles, unable to
fight back, unable to flee. The body
scan revealed it. The release began
immediately. A man with chronic back
pain learned he'd been carrying his
family's financial burdens since
childhood, believing their survival
depended on him. Once he understood and
released that false responsibility, the
pain dissolved within days. Another
woman discovered her persistent throat
issues stem from lifetime after lifetime
of being silenced, burned as a witch for
speaking truth, executed for prophecy,
punished for teaching forbidden
knowledge. Her voice had literally
closed down across centuries. When she
witnessed these patterns and gave
herself permission to speak her truth,
now the chronic inflammation that had
resisted all medical treatment simply
vanished. These aren't coincidences or
placebo effects. They're demonstrations
of how thoroughly our consciousness
creates our physical experience. The
body never lies to you. It can't. It's
the most honest communication system you
have, constantly reflecting back to you
what's happening in the deeper levels of
your being. When you ignore the whispers
of intuition and emotional guidance, the
body must speak louder. That's what we
call disease. The body shouting what
you've refused to hear at quieter
volumes. And here's what makes this
understanding so liberating. If you
created the condition at some level, you
can uncreate it. If your consciousness
participated in manifesting the illness,
your consciousness can participate in
manifesting wellness. You're not a
victim of your body. You're the author
of its entire story. Now, I want to be
very clear here because this is where
people sometimes misunderstand. When I
say you created your illness, I'm not
suggesting you consciously chose to
suffer. I'm not saying you're to blame
or that you should feel guilty. Guilt is
perhaps the most useless emotion in the
universe. It serves absolutely no
purpose except to keep you stuck. What
I'm saying is that at levels beyond your
conscious awareness, your higher self
and your body wisdom are always working
to help you evolve, to bring buried
material to the surface, to get your
attention when you veered too far from
your authentic path. Sometimes illness
is the only way to accomplish that. It's
not punishment, it's communication.
It's not evidence of failure. It's an
invitation to awaken. Your body is
brilliant. It knows things your
conscious mind has forgotten. When you
develop a condition in your left knee,
your body is speaking about how you're
having trouble moving forward in the
feminine receptive aspects of your life.
When your right shoulder aches, it's
about the burdens you're carrying in
your masculine actionoriented world. The
body doesn't lie. It can't. It's always
telling the truth, even when you're not
ready to hear it. I've seen this play
out in thousands of sessions. A woman
comes to me with chronic digestive
issues. We go back and we discover that
in this lifetime she's been unable to
stomach her circumstances. She's been
swallowing her words, her truth, her
authentic feelings for years. The body
takes it literally. The stomach says, "I
cannot digest this anymore." And the
illness manifests. Or consider the
person with lung problems who when we go
deeper reveals they feel suffocated by
their relationships, unable to breathe
freely, denied the space to be
themselves. The lungs are crying out,
"Give me room. Give me air. Let me
expand."
The heart that's struggling, often it
belongs to someone who's closed off
emotionally, protected themselves so
thoroughly that love can't flow in or
out. The body responds to that emotional
constriction with physical constriction.
This is why healing that only addresses
the physical body often fails in the
long term. You can remove a tumor, but
if you haven't addressed why the body
created that tumor in the first place,
you haven't resolved anything. The
message is still there waiting. And the
body in its wisdom will find another way
to deliver it. Maybe through a different
illness, maybe through an accident,
maybe through a life circumstance that
forces you to finally stop and pay
attention. And when that moment comes,
when you're finally still enough to
hear, that's when the real shift begins.
I've seen it happen in session after
session. The body stops screaming
because it finally has your attention.
The pain that seems so urgent, so
desperate, suddenly begins to ease. Not
always immediately, not always in the
way you expect, but it shifts because
the message has been received.
One woman came to me with migraines that
had plagued her for 15 years. 15 years
of specialists, medications, scans,
tests, nothing helped. When we went into
the session, her higher self showed us
exactly what was happening. Every time
she tried to speak her truth, every time
she held back words that needed to be
said, the energy would build up in her
throat and travel upward. The migraine
was that unexpressed truth trapped and
pulsing, demanding to be released. We
worked with her to understand what she'd
been holding back, the confrontation
she'd avoided, the feelings she'd never
expressed, the boundaries she'd never
set. And as she began to give voice to
these things in her life, as she started
speaking up, even in small ways, the
migraines became less frequent, less
intense, eventually they disappeared
altogether. The body had delivered its
message. The body had been heard. This
is the intelligence of your physical
form. It's not just a vehicle carrying
your consciousness around. It's an
active participant in your spiritual
evolution. It's constantly
communicating, constantly guiding,
constantly trying to steer you back
toward alignment with your soul's
purpose. And here's what makes this even
more profound. Your body knows things
your conscious mind hasn't figured out
yet. It knows when you're in the wrong
relationship before your mind admits it.
It knows when you're in the wrong career
before you're ready to face that
reality. It knows when you're betraying
yourself in ways you become so
accustomed to that they feel normal. And
here's what most people don't
understand. That discomfort you feel
when you ignore these signals isn't
punishment. It's not your body turning
against you. It's your body trying to
save you. It's trying to wake you up
before you waste years of your life
going in the wrong direction. The
headache that appears every Sunday night
before the work week starts. The stomach
ache that shows up when you're about to
see that particular family member. The
tightness in your chest when you're
around someone who claims to love you
but makes you feel small. These aren't
random occurrences. These are messages.
Your body is essentially tapping you on
the shoulder saying, "Hey, we need to
talk about this situation you keep
putting us in." But we've been trained
to ignore it. We've been trained to
override it with logic and reasoning and
what other people think we should do.
We've been trained to say mind over
matter. We've been trained to push
through, to be strong, to not let our
feelings control us. And in doing so,
we've severed the connection to our most
reliable guidance system. Think about
children for a moment. Have you ever
watched a child around someone they
instinctively don't trust? They hide
behind their parents' leg. They refuse
to engage. They don't have logical
reasons. They can't articulate why, but
their body knows. Their intuition is
still intact. Then what happens? Adults
shame them for it. Don't be rude. Say
hello. Give them a hug. We train them to
override their intuition for the sake of
social politeness. We teach them that
other people's comfort is more important
than their own internal warning system.
And we carry that training into
adulthood. We silence ourselves. We
dismiss ourselves. We gaslight ourselves
out of our own knowing because we don't
want to be rude or difficult or too
sensitive. Your body remembers
everything your mind tries to forget.
Every time you said yes when you meant
no. Every time you stayed when you
should have left. Every time you smiled
through something that hurt you, it's
all stored in there. And your body, oh,
it doesn't just store these memories
like files in a cabinet. It responds to
them. It reacts. That tightness in your
chest when you think about that person,
that's not just emotional. That's your
body remembering that heaviness in your
shoulders. Your body is literally
carrying the weight of what you haven't
released. I've watched people in
sessions suddenly feel physical
sensations when they access certain
memories. A woman once felt her throat
close up when remembering all the times
she couldn't speak her truth. A man felt
stabbing pains in his back when he
recalled the betrayal. These aren't
imaginary. The body keeps the score, as
they say, and it keeps it precisely.
You see, when something traumatic
happens, and I'm using traumatic broadly
here, not just major events, but those
small wounds, too, your body goes into
survival mode. Chemicals flood your
system. Your nervous system activates.
And if you don't process it, if you just
push through, those chemicals don't go
away. That activation doesn't complete
its cycle. It gets trapped, frozen,
waiting. And then what happens? You meet
someone new who reminds you even
slightly of that old wound. Maybe it's
the way they phrase something. Maybe
it's a certain look. And suddenly,
without you consciously knowing why,
your body is back there. Your heart
races. Your stomach drops. You feel that
old fear or anger or sadness. And you
think it's about now, but it's not. It's
about then. This is why you sometimes
react to situations in ways that
surprise even you. You'll think, "Why
did I get so upset about that small
thing?" Because it wasn't small. It
touched something much larger
underneath. Your subconscious is
protecting these memories because
they're too intense for your conscious
mind to process while you're going about
your daily life. [music] Can you imagine
trying to function, trying to go to
work, trying to have normal
conversations while simultaneously
remembering the agony of being burned at
the stake or the grief of watching your
children starve or the terror of being
buried alive. Your mind has built these
protective walls for a reason. They're
not there to punish you. They're there
to keep you functioning in this current
life. But here's what happens. These
walls aren't perfect. They're more like
curtains than concrete. And sometimes
certain experiences in your current life
pull those curtains back just slightly.
That's when you get those inexplicable
reactions.
Maybe you watch a movie where someone is
drowning and you have to leave the room.
You tell yourself you're just sensitive.
But what if in a past life you drowned?
What if your soul remembers that
suffocating panic even though your
conscious mind doesn't? Or perhaps you
have an irrational fear of certain types
of people. Not based on anything they've
done to you in this life, but based on
what someone who looked like them or
talked like them or held authority like
them did to you centuries ago. These
aren't random quirks. They're
breadcrumbs leading back to who you've
been. And your relationships. Oh, your
relationships are perhaps the clearest
indication of this pattern. Have you
ever met someone for the first time and
felt like you've known them forever?
That immediate recognition that goes
beyond physical attraction or shared
interests. That's because you have known
them. Maybe not in this life, but in
others. We travel in soul groups. The
people who are significant in your life
now have likely been significant before.
Your mother in this life might have been
your sister in another. Your best friend
might have been your spouse. Your
difficult boss might have been your
adversary in a different time and place.
And here's the remarkable thing. We come
back together to resolve what wasn't
finished, to heal what was broken, to
love what we lost. And sometimes,
sometimes we come back to forgive
ourselves.
That's the hardest part, isn't it? We
can forgive others. We can understand
why they did what they did, why they
hurt us, why they left. But forgiving
ourselves,
that takes lifetimes.
I regressed people who've carried guilt
through multiple incarnations.
A woman who let her child die in one
life, who couldn't save them, who blamed
herself. And in this life, she became a
pediatric nurse. not consciously knowing
why, just driven by this deep,
inexplicable need to save children, to
make up for what she couldn't do before.
When we uncovered that past life, when
she finally understood where that guilt
was coming from, she wept. Not from
sadness, from relief. Because suddenly
all those years of feeling not good
enough, all those nights of anxiety,
wondering if she'd done enough for her
patients, it all made sense. She was
trying to save that one child over and
over again. [music] And the beautiful
thing once she understood,
once she forgave that past version of
herself, the anxiety lifted, the guilt
dissolved. she could finally just be
present. Help the children in front of
her now without the weight of centuries
pressing down on her shoulders. That's
what soul recognition does. It brings us
face to face with ourselves with all our
versions across all our lifetimes.
And it asks us a simple question. Are
you ready to forgive? Are you ready to
let go? Not everyone is. Some people
need more time, more lifetimes, and
that's okay, too. There's no judgment on
the other side, no cosmic report card,
just infinite patience and infinite love
waiting for us to be ready. I've seen
people meet their soulmate and run in
the opposite direction, terrified,
because somewhere deep inside, they
remember. They remember the pain of
losing them before the heartbreak, the
tragedy, and their soul says, "Not
again. I can't do this again." But
here's what I've learned. Running
doesn't work. The universe is patient
but persistent. If you're meant to
reconnect with someone, you will. This
life or the next, this decade or the
next. The contracts we make before we're
born, they're not easily broken. But
here's something that might surprise
you. Sometimes the person you think
wronged you, they're actually carrying
out times their time soul contract with
you. They're playing the villain in
times your time story so you can learn
the lesson you needed. I've had clients
furious at a parent who abandoned them,
devastated by a spouse who betrayed
them, crushed by a friend who
backstabbed them, and then under
hypnosis, we find out they times agreed
times to this, not consciously, of
course, but at the soul level before
they were born, they said, "Yes, hurt me
in this way so I can learn resilience.
Betray me so I can learn discernment.
Abandon me so I can learn
self-sufficiency.
It's the ultimate plot twist. The person
you hate might be one of your greatest
teachers and the relationship that
destroyed you. It might have been
exactly what you needed to become who
you're meant to be. Now I'm not saying
you should stay in abusive situations.
I'm not saying you should tolerate
mistreatment. What I times am time
saying is that every relationship
painful or beautiful has a purpose. And
sometimes the purpose is to teach you
when to walk away, when to say no, when
to choose yourself. Those lessons,
they're just as important as the ones
about forgiveness and compassion. Your
soul didn't come here to be a doormat.
It came here to times learn asterric.
And sometimes learning means standing
up, setting boundaries, and refusing to
accept less than you deserve. That's
growth, too. So when a relationship
ends, whether through death, distance,
or deliberate choice, ask yourself,
"What did I learn? What did this person
teach me about myself? What did this
dynamic reveal about my patterns, my
wounds, my strengths? Because I promise
you, nothing happens by accident. Every
person in your life is there for a
reason. Every relationship is part of
the curriculum your soul designed before
you got here. And here's what I want you
to understand about that curriculum.
It's not random. Your soul didn't just
throw a bunch of people at you to see
what would stick. No, it was incredibly
strategic. It chose specific types of
relationships to teach you specific
lessons. Think about your first romantic
heartbreak. You probably thought it was
the end of the world, didn't you? I've
had people come to me decades later,
still carrying that pain, still
wondering why it had to happen. And when
we go back and look at it from the soul
level, you know what we find? That
heartbreak was perfectly designed to
crack you open in a way nothing else
could. It taught you about
vulnerability, about resilience, about
the difference between love and
attachment. It was preparing you for
something or someone that was coming
later. Or think about that friend who
betrayed you, the one who shared your
secrets, who turned others against you,
who broke your trust so completely you
thought you'd never trust anyone again.
That person was a teacher, too. A tough
one. Yes. But they taught you about
boundaries, about discernment, about the
importance of protecting your energy.
They showed you who you don't want to
be. And sometimes that's just as
valuable as showing you who you do want
to be. I've seen this pattern thousands
of times in my work. The difficult
parent who taught you strength. the
demanding boss who taught you to value
yourself. The toxic partner who taught
you self-love by showing you what
happens when you abandon it. These
weren't accidents or bad luck. These
were soul contracts being fulfilled
exactly as planned. And here's the
beautiful part. Once you learn the
lesson, the teacher often leaves. Have
you noticed that? How certain people
just naturally fade out of your life
once you've gotten what you needed from
them? That's not coincidence. That's
completion. The contract is fulfilled
and you both move on to the next
assignment. Now, I've been asked so many
times, Dolores, what happens if I don't
wake up in this lifetime? What if I
never figure out why I'm here? And I'll
tell you something that might surprise
you. It's absolutely okay. There is no
failure in the universe. There are no
mistakes.
If you don't complete your learning in
this lifetime, you simply come back and
try again. It's like going to school and
not passing a grade. You repeat it until
you understand the lessons. But here's
what's beautiful about where we are
right now in this particular moment in
Earth's history. The opportunity for
awakening has never been greater. The
veil between dimensions is thinning.
More and more people are remembering who
they really are. The contracts that used
to take multiple lifetimes to fulfill
can now be completed in a single
lifetime. Sometimes even in a single
moment of profound awakening. I've
witnessed this acceleration in my own
work. When I first started doing past
life regressions in the 1,960
seconds and 70 seconds, it might take
several sessions to get someone to a
point where they could access meaningful
information. Now I see people accessing
their deepest soul memories in their
very first session. The consciousness of
humanity is rising and it's rising fast.
You might wonder what's causing this
acceleration.
Well, I learned through my work that
Earth itself is going through a
transformation,
a shift in frequency. And those of you
who chose to be here right now knew this
was coming. You specifically signed up
to be present during this incredible
period of change. Your soul contracts
aren't just about personal growth
anymore. They're about assisting in the
evolution of the entire planet. This is
why so many of you feel such urgency
right now. It's not anxiety, though it
might feel like it. It's recognition.
Your soul knows time is precious. That
this window of opportunity is sacred.
You came here to do something important.
And somewhere deep inside you remember
that. That recognition creates a kind of
restlessness in you. You start to
question everything. The job that once
seemed so important suddenly feels
hollow. The relationships that were
comfortable suddenly feel suffocating.
The routines that gave you structure
suddenly feel like chains. And people
around you don't understand. They think
you're having a crisis. They tell you to
be grateful for what you have, to stop
being so dramatic, to just settle down
and be happy with a normal life. But you
can't because once you've remembered,
even just a little bit, you can't forget
again. It's like trying to unsee
something you've seen, trying to unknow
something you've learned. I worked with
a man in his 40s who described it
perfectly. He said it felt like he'd
been living in a movie set his whole
life, thinking the painted backgrounds
were real. And then one day, someone
pulled back the curtain and showed him
that there was an entire world beyond
the set. He said he could never go back
to pretending the painted walls were
real, even though everyone around him
still believed in them. This is what
spiritual awakening looks like in its
early stages. It's not all bliss and
enlightenment. It's often uncomfortable,
confusing, lonely. You're caught between
two worlds. The one you've been living
in and the one you're starting to
remember. The people around you are
still asleep, still playing the game,
still believing in the illusions. And
here you are starting to wake up,
starting to see through it all. You want
to shake them awake to show them what
you're seeing, but you can't. Each
person has to wake up in their own time
at their own pace. This is one of the
hardest lessons. You can't force
awakening on anyone else. You can share
your experience. You can offer guidance
if they ask for it, but you cannot make
someone see what they're not ready to
see. I learned this through so many
sessions. People would come to me
wanting to know how to wake up their
spouse, their parents, their children.
They were so excited about what they'd
discovered and they couldn't understand
why everyone around them wasn't equally
excited. But what I found through the
work was this. Every soul has their own
timing. Some souls came to Earth
specifically to experience deep sleep,
to experience forgetting because that
particular experience was what they
needed for their growth. Trying to wake
them prematurely is like trying to pull
a butterfly out of its cocoon before
it's ready. You don't help it, you harm
it. The subconscious explained to me
repeatedly that true spiritual awakening
cannot be forced because it requires
readiness on multiple levels. The
conscious mind might be curious, but if
the soul isn't ready, if the energetic
system isn't prepared to hold that
higher frequency of awareness, pushing
someone toward awakening can actually
cause harm. It can create spiritual
crisis, psychological disturbance, or a
backlash where they close down even more
tightly. Your job isn't to wake other
people up. Your job is to wake yourself
up so completely that you become a
living example. When you embody the
peace, the love, the wisdom you've
discovered, you become a lighthouse. You
don't chase ships and force them to
shore. You simply shine. And those who
are ready to come home will see your
light and navigate toward it. This
doesn't mean you never share. It means
you share with discernment. You share
when asked. You share what's appropriate
for where someone is. You meet people
where they are, not where you wish they
were. The most powerful teaching is
always done through being, not
preaching. And here's what I discovered
through thousands of sessions. When
people are truly ready for information,
they don't resist it, they recognize it.
There's a profound difference between
those two responses.
Resistance comes from the ego, from
fear, from the small self that's
protecting its world view. But
recognition that comes from the soul.
It's that yes that echoes through your
entire being when you encounter a truth
you've always known but had forgotten.
It's not learning something new. It's
remembering something ancient. I watched
this happen again and again. Someone
would come for a session skeptical,
guarded, maybe sent by a friend or
spouse who believed more than they did.
And then under hypnosis, their own
higher consciousness would begin
speaking. Not me teaching them, not me
convincing them of anything, their own
soul sharing information they didn't
consciously know they possessed. The
look on their faces afterward, that
mixture of wonder and validation, I
never tired of seeing it because they
hadn't been converted to a belief
system. They had encountered their own
truths. There's nothing more powerful
than that. This is why I always said,
"Don't believe me. Go find out for
yourself. Go explore your own
consciousness. Go have your own
experiences. I'm not asking you to join
a club or subscribe to a doctrine. I'm
inviting you to become a scientist of
your own soul. The spiritual journey
isn't about collecting beliefs like
stamps in an album. It's about direct
experience, about knowing rather than
believing. And when you know something
because you've experienced it yourself,
no one can take that from you. No
skeptic can argue it away. No authority
can invalidate it. No institution can
control it. That's true spiritual
freedom. Not believing what you're told,
but knowing what you've experienced. Not
following someone else's map, but
exploring the territory yourself. And
when you do that, when you genuinely
explore consciousness with curiosity and
openness, you discover that the universe
is far more magnificent, far more
mysterious, far more loving than any
belief system has ever captured. Because
belief systems are maps and the actual
territory, it's infinite. The territory
itself is alive, conscious, and inviting
you to explore it directly. I've watched
this happen thousands of times in my
sessions. Someone comes in clutching
their beliefs like a life raft,
terrified that if they let go, they'll
drown. And what happens when they
finally release that grip? They discover
they can fly. They discover that
consciousness doesn't need their
permission to be extraordinary. It
already is. One of the most beautiful
things I've witnessed is what happens
when people stop trying to control their
spiritual experiences and just allow
them to unfold. There's this moment, you
can actually see it on their faces when
they realize, "Oh, I don't have to make
this happen. I don't have to force it to
fit my expectations. I can just is be
here. That's when the real magic begins.
I remember a woman who came to me after
years of struggling with meditation.
She'd read every book, attended every
workshop, tried every technique, nothing
worked. She was convinced she was
spiritually blocked, that something was
wrong with her. And you know what the
problem was? She was trying so hard to
have the right experience that she
couldn't have any experience at all.
When I put her under, all I said was,
"Just notice what comes. Don't judge it.
Don't analyze it. Don't try to make it
spiritual. Just notice." Within minutes,
she was weeping. Not from sadness, from
relief. She was finally allowing herself
to simply experience consciousness
without all the commentary, without the
constant evaluation of whether she was
doing it correctly. She went to what she
called the space between thoughts. No
past lives, no spirit guides, no cosmic
visions, just space. Quiet, expansive,
loving space. And in that space, she
found more peace than all her years of
striving had ever brought her.
Afterward, she said something profound.
I've been so busy trying to reach
enlightenment that I never noticed I was
already home. That's what happens when
you stop performing spirituality and
start experiencing it. You discover it
was never somewhere else. You were just
looking in the wrong direction. Now I
want to talk about something that might
make some people uncomfortable but it
needs to be said. The spiritual
community has created something I call
enlightenment inflation. What do I mean
by that? Well, 20 years ago, if someone
claimed to be channeling divine beings
or remembering past lives, people would
listen carefully, maybe skeptically.
Today, everyone's a star seed.
Everyone's channeling their higher self.
Everyone was Cleopatra or a high priest
in Atlantis. The currency has been
devalued.
And I say this as someone who spent
decades working with past life
regression and higher consciousness. I'm
not dismissing these experiences.
I'm pointing out that we've reached a
point where claiming spiritual
experiences has become more important
than having them. I once had a client
who came in wearing crystals from head
to toe, carrying three different oracle
decks and smelling strongly of sage.
Before we even started, she told me
about her spiritual team, 12 ascended
masters apparently, and how she was here
to help humanity ascend. Then we began
the session. Within minutes, she was in
tears. Real, raw, honest tears. Because
underneath all that spiritual armor was
a woman who felt desperately alone, who
had built this elaborate spiritual
identity because her human identity felt
too painful to inhabit. She wasn't
connecting with 12 ascended masters. She
was disconnecting from one scared human
being herself. And here's what I told
her gently. What if the most spiritual
thing you could do right now is stop
trying to be spiritual? What if you just
let yourself be human for a while? She
looked at me like I'd spoken heresy. But
by the end of our session, something had
shifted. She realized that her spiritual
bypassing wasn't elevating her. It was
isolating her. All those ascended
masters weren't bringing her closer to
truth. They were keeping her at a safe
distance from her own unprocessed pain.
True spirituality doesn't bypass your
humanity. It deepens it. It doesn't
transcend your wounds. It transforms
them. And here's what that actually
looks like in your daily life. You stop
needing people to behave a certain way
for you to feel safe. You stop needing
the world to validate your worthiness.
You stop needing circumstances to align
perfectly before you can access your
peace because you've touched something
underneath all of that. Something that
was never dependent on any of it. I've
watched people go through extraordinary
external crises, health scares,
financial collapses, relationship
endings, and remain centered in a way
that baffles everyone around them. Not
because they're in denial, not because
they're spiritually bypassing, but
because they've done the inner work that
anchors them to something unshakable.
They've learned to hold space for their
fear without becoming it. They've
learned to witness their grief without
drowning in it. They've learned to feel
their anger without letting it consume
them. That's mastery. Not the absence of
difficult emotions, but the capacity to
be fully present with them without
losing yourself. And when you develop
that capacity within yourself, you
naturally begin to hold that same space
for others. You stop trying to fix
people, rescue them, or convince them
out of their feelings.
You simply become a loving presence that
allows them to feel what they need to
feel, to move through what they need to
move through. You become in essence what
you needed when you were younger but
didn't receive. And that's when the
healing comes full circle. Now I want to
talk about something that often gets
misunderstood in spiritual communities.
This idea of raising your vibration.
People think it means always feeling
positive, always choosing love, always
staying in the light. But that's not
what it means at all. Raising your
vibration means expanding your capacity
to hold the full spectrum of human
experience without fragmenting. It means
being able to feel deep sorrow and still
access gratitude. It means being able to
acknowledge darkness and still trust the
light. It means being able to sit with
uncertainty and still feel grounded in
your knowing. It's not about
transcending your humanity. It's about
embracing it so completely that you
discover the divine within it. The
people with the highest vibration aren't
the ones who never feel pain. They're
the ones who've learned to alchemize it.
They're the ones who've sat in the fire
long enough to realize they can't be
burned. You see, there's something most
spiritual teachings won't tell you.
They'll talk about love and light, about
raising your vibration and manifesting
abundance.
But they skip over the most important
part, the part where you have to die
first. Not physically, but every false
version of yourself, every protective
layer you've built, every story you've
told yourself about who you are, all of
it has to go. This is what the ancient
mystery schools understood. Initiation
wasn't about learning secret knowledge.
It was about being transformed by
experiences so profound that you could
never return to who you were before. You
had to be dismantled, destroyed,
reconstructed from something deeper than
personality, something truer than ego.
And here's what I discovered in my work.
We're all going through that initiation
now. The whole planet is every soul here
chose to incarnate during this massive
transformation, knowing full well it
would require everything from them. You
didn't come here for a comfortable life.
You came here to evolve through fire.
That's why life keeps bringing you the
same lessons until you finally get them.
The universe isn't punishing you. It's
initiating you. It's saying, "You said
you wanted to wake up. You said you
wanted to remember who you really are."
Well, this is what that looks like. Are
you willing? And here's the part that
changes everything. Your willingness is
what shifts the vibration. Not your
perfection, not your enlightenment.
Your willingness to keep showing up even
when every part of you wants to quit.
Your willingness to stay open even when
your heart has been shattered. Your
willingness to trust even when
everything visible suggests you
shouldn't. That willingness, that's what
makes you different from the millions
who turned away at the first sign of
difficulty. I've observed thousands of
souls across countless lifetimes. And
the difference between those who evolve
and those who remain stagnant isn't
intelligence. It isn't education or
privilege or even opportunity. It's
willingness.
The willingness to feel uncomfortable.
The willingness to look foolish. the
willingness to fail spectacularly and
then this is the crucial part to get
back up and try again with an open
heart. Most people protect themselves so
completely that nothing new can enter.
They've built such thick walls around
their hearts that yes, they're safe from
pain, but they're also blocked from
growth, from love, from the very
experiences that would transform them.
You didn't do that. You could have. God
knows you had every reason to. After the
first betrayal, you could have said
never again and meant it. After the
first failure, you could have decided
the universe was against you and given
up. After the first time you were
misunderstood, ridiculed or dismissed,
you could have retreated into bitterness
and cynicism. But you didn't. You stayed
soft,
not weak. There's a profound difference.
Soft means receptive. Soft means
responsive. Soft means you remain
touchable by life even when life kept
hurting you. I've seen souls who armored
themselves so thoroughly after their
first earth trauma that they spent
incarnation after incarnation behind
emotional walls, never truly living,
never truly connecting, just going
through the motions while their spirits
slowly suffocated. That's a kind of
death worse than physical death. Because
at least in physical death, the soul is
released. But in that kind of emotional
death, the soul remains trapped in a
body that's still breathing but no
longer feeling. You refuse that fate.
Every time life invited you to shut
down, you chose to stay open just a
little bit longer. [music] And I need
you to understand something. That choice
wasn't dramatic. It wasn't you standing
on a mountaintop declaring your
resilience to the universe. Most of the
time it was quiet. It was you choosing
to listen to a song that made you feel
something when numbness would have been
easier. It was letting yourself laugh at
something stupid even though part of you
felt you didn't deserve to laugh
anymore. It was allowing a moment of
beauty, a sunset, a stranger's kindness.
The way light fell through a window to
touch you, even when your defenses
screamed that letting anything in was
dangerous. These small moments of
remaining open, they were acts of
spiritual defiance because the easiest
thing in the world after betrayal is to
build walls so thick that nothing can
hurt you again. And yes, those walls
would have protected you from pain, but
they would have also kept out joy,
connection, growth, and love. You
understood on some level deeper than
conscious thought that a life without
vulnerability isn't safety. It's a
different kind of death. I've worked
with so many souls who chose the walls.
And when we go back through their lives
during sessions, there's always a moment
they can pinpoint the exact instant they
decided to close off. And from that
point forward, their life becomes a
series of misconnections of
opportunities for love that they
couldn't recognize, a beauty they walked
past without seeing. They describe it as
living behind glass, watching life
happen to other people. You could have
done that. The betrayals you experienced
were certainly enough to justify it.
Society would have understood. People
would have nodded sympathetically and
said, "Of course, she has trust issues."
Look what she went through. You had
every socially acceptable reason to
armor yourself completely. But something
in you knew that survival without
feeling isn't really survival at all. So
you stayed open in the smallest, bravest
ways. You kept showing up. You kept
trying. Even when every attempt at
connection felt like handing someone a
knife and hoping they wouldn't use it,
you kept extending your hand. You learn
to love without expectation of return.
Not because you're a saint, not because
you're superhuman,
but because the alternative shutting
down completely felt like a death. You
weren't ready to die. And here's what
the universe doesn't tell you about that
kind of courage. It's cumulative.
Every time you chose vulnerability over
protection, you were building something.
Not in the other person, in yourself.
You were creating an internal
architecture strong enough to hold both
hope and disappointment, both openness
and wisdom, both love and
self-preservation.
The people who hurt you, they're still
living in the prison of their own fear.
They're still running from the very
connections that could have set them
free. And you, you walked through the
fire and came out the other side with
your capacity to love intact. Scarred.
Yes, cautious. Absolutely.
But intact. This is the point where some
would say you should forgive them. And
maybe you will, maybe you won't. But
here's what I want you to understand.
Your healing isn't dependent on their
awakening. Your peace isn't held hostage
by their apology. Your freedom doesn't
require their recognition of what they
destroyed. You can release people
without absolution.
You can let go without pretending it
didn't matter. You can move forward
without rewriting history to make it
hurt less. Because the real work now
isn't about them. It never was, though
it took this long to see it. The real
work is about you reclaiming the parts
of yourself you edited down to make
yourself more palatable, more
acceptable, more lovable to people who
weren't ready to receive you. Every time
you dimmed your light to make someone
else comfortable, you sent yourself a
message. I'm too much. My fullness is a
burden. My needs are an imposition. and
you've been carrying that message in
your body, in your choices, in the way
you apologize for taking up space. What
if the opposite were true? What if your
fullness, your appetite, your desire,
your hunger for more, what if that's
exactly what the world needs from you?
There's a reason they call it starving
yourself, because that's what
restriction does. It starves the parts
of you that are meant to be fed. Your
creativity, your passion, your voice,
your visibility, your audacity to dream
beyond what you've been told is
appropriate for someone like you. And
here's what I've seen in session after
session. The women who are most afraid
of their appetite, they're also the most
afraid of their power. The two are
intimately connected. Because when you
allow yourself to be hungry, really
hungry, not just for food, but for life,
for experience, for everything you've
been taught to politely decline, you
become dangerous. Dangerous to systems
that rely on your smallalness.
Dangerous to narratives that need you
diminished.
dangerous to anyone who's benefited from
you playing down your brilliance, your
anger, your knowing, your magic. I
worked with a CEO once, brilliant woman,
ran a company, made decisions that
affected thousands of people. But at
home, she ate standing at the counter,
never sat down for a meal, never gave
herself permission to enjoy food without
doing something else simultaneously.
I don't deserve to just eat. She told
me, "I have to earn it." Earn it as if
nourishment were a privilege instead of
a birthright. We traced that belief
back, of course. Back to a mother who
taught her that women who enjoy food are
indulgent. Back to a grandmother who
praised her for leaving food on her
plate. back to a lineage of women who
believed that suffering was virtue and
pleasure was sin. And when we went even
further back past this lifetime, she'd
been a woman executed for taking more
than her share during a famine. She'd
been punished for feeding herself when
others were hungry. The soul remembers,
you see, it remembers being punished for
survival. And this is why simply telling
yourself I deserve abundance doesn't
work. Because somewhere in your soul's
history, there's a record that says the
opposite. There's a memory of being
beaten for taking extra bread. There's
an experience of watching your family
starve because you kept something for
yourself. The conscious mind says, "I
deserve." But the soul whispers,
"Remember what happened last time." I've
worked with so many people who sabotage
themselves right at the edge of success.
They get the opportunity and then
suddenly they fall ill or they make a
careless mistake or they push away the
very person who could help them and they
don't understand why they keep doing it.
But when we go back, we find the answer.
We find the lifetime where they were
successful, where they rose above their
station, where they accumulated wealth
or power or recognition and then they
were destroyed for it. Publicly
humiliated, executed, their family
murdered because of their success. The
soul learned success equals death,
visibility equals danger. So now in this
lifetime, every time they start to rise,
every time they become visible, the
soul's alarm system goes off. It's
trying to protect them based on
information from centuries ago. It
doesn't know that times have changed. It
only knows last time we did this, we
died. This is the gift of understanding
past lives. not to live in the past, but
to understand why the present feels the
way it does. Why certain situations
trigger us in ways that seem completely
out of proportion to what's actually
happening. Why we make the same mistakes
over and over, even when we consciously
know better. Because we're not just
dealing with this lifetime's
conditioning. We're dealing with soul
conditioning. deep patterns that were
formed through repeated experiences
across multiple lifetimes.
And until we bring those patterns into
consciousness, until we understand where
they came from, we're going to keep
repeating them. [music] The woman with
the food issues, once she understood
where her guilt came from, she was able
to separate the past from the present.
She could say to that part of herself,
"Yes, in that lifetime people were
hungry and there wasn't enough, but this
is now. There is enough. I am allowed to
be nourished." Sometimes the body
remembers what the mind has forgotten.
Years ago, I worked with a young man who
couldn't explain why he panicked every
time someone stood behind him. No
childhood trauma, no obvious cause.
Under hypnosis, we found a lifetime
where he'd been stabbed in the back by
someone he trusted, a business partner
in 1800's London. The physical location
of his current anxiety, exactly where
the blade had entered. His body was
still protecting him from a danger that
no longer existed. I've seen this
pattern hundreds of times. The woman who
couldn't wear anything tight around her
neck, she'd been hanged. The man with
unexplained knee pain. He'd been
kneeling in prayer when soldiers burst
in. The child afraid of deep water
drowning in a past life. The body keeps
the score across lifetimes.
But here's what's remarkable. Once they
understood the source, once they
connected with that past self and
brought healing to that moment, the
physical symptoms often disappeared. Not
always immediately, but gradually, as if
the body finally received permission to
let go of the ancient alarm. Your body
isn't betraying you with its fears and
reactions. It's trying to protect you
based on everything it's learned across
time. That tightness in your chest when
you try to speak your truth. It might be
remembering when speaking up led to
punishment. That exhaustion that never
lifts, no matter how much you rest.
Perhaps you're carrying the weariness of
a lifetime spent in servitude, never
allowed to stop. The question isn't
whether these body memories are real.
The question is what healing becomes
possible when you acknowledge them. I
worked with a woman whose doctors
couldn't explain her chronic stomach
pain. Every test came back normal, yet
she suffered daily.
In our session, she recalled a lifetime
of slow starvation, rationing every
bite, never knowing when food would come
again. Her current body, in abundance,
was still clenched in preparation for
famine. We did healing work in that past
life, sent love and nourishment to her
past self, helped her understand that
she had survived. Within weeks, the pain
began to ease. Her body finally trusted
that survival was no longer in question.
The body holds the memory, but the soul
holds the solution. This is what I've
witnessed again and again. Our conscious
mind might forget the origins of our
struggles, but the deeper self never
forgets. It's waiting for us to ask the
right questions, to create the space for
healing, to allow the truth to surface.
I remember working with a man who
experienced unexplained anxiety whenever
he had to speak publicly. The moment he
stepped onto a stage, his throat would
constrict, his voice would shake, and
he'd feel as if he might suffocate. It
wasn't just nervousness. It was physical
terror. Under hypnosis, he revisited a
life where he'd been publicly executed
for speaking against religious
authority. His last moments were spent
gasping for breath, his message dying
with him, his voice literally taken
away. His current life soul carried that
trauma forward, still protecting him
from the danger of public speech. Once
he understood this, once he processed
that old death and released the fear,
his voice came back. Not immediately,
healing is rarely instant, but
progressively, steadily, his throat
opened. He could finally say what he
needed to say without his body screaming
danger. These patterns don't just affect
our physical bodies. They influence our
relationships, our career choices, our
deepest fears and most persistent
blocks. I've seen people who can never
keep money because in a past life,
wealth led to their murder. I've worked
with those who sabotage every intimate
relationship because love once ended in
devastating betrayal or loss. The
subconscious doesn't differentiate
between then and now. It only knows this
led to pain. This led to death. This
must be avoided. And the body, the body
becomes the battlefield where this
ancient war is fought. You see someone
with chronic pain that moves from place
to place that doctors can't explain. We
go into the past life and we discover
they were tortured in that exact
location. A woman with perpetual lower
back pain. We find a life where she was
speared through the spine. A man whose
shoulder has troubled him for 30 years.
With no medical explanation, we discover
he was shot there by a firing squad. The
cellular memory is so precise, so
specific that when we release the trauma
from that lifetime, the physical pain
dissolves, sometimes immediately,
sometimes over days. But it goes because
we've addressed the actual source, not
just the symptoms. I remember working
with a woman who couldn't bear anything
touching her neck. No necklaces, no
scarves, no turtlenecks. Even gentle
touch there would send her into panic.
Through regression, we found a lifetime
where she'd been hanged. The sensation,
the terror, the gasping for breath as
her life ended, all of it was still
encoded in the cellular memory of that
throat. When we released that death
trauma, when we helped her see she'd
survive, that she was safe now in this
body, in this life, the phobia vanished.
She called me months later laughing,
saying she'd bought her first turtleneck
in 40 years. This is how thorough the
subconscious is in its mission to
protect you. It doesn't just store
memories as abstract data. It stores
them as complete sensory experiences.
The physical sensation, the emotional
terror, the circumstances, the people
involved, and then it creates warning
systems, avoidance patterns, anything to
prevent you from reexperiencing that
particular form of suffering. Your
claustrophobia isn't just an irrational
fear. Your terror of water isn't random.
Your inexplicable panic in crowds isn't
a chemical imbalance. These are
protective mechanisms rooted in actual
experiences where those situations led
to your death or severe trauma. The body
remembers what the conscious mind has
forgotten. Through my sessions, I've
witnessed this truth over and over. A
woman who cannot wear anything touching
her throat. Past life memories revealed
she was strangled. A man who breaks into
cold sweats at the smell of smoke
regression showed him burning in a
medieval fire. A child terrified of
horses despite never having been harmed
by one previous lifetime trampled during
a cavalry charge. These aren't
psychological quirks to be medicated
away. They're breadcrumbs leading you
back to understanding yourself at the
deepest level. What I found particularly
fascinating was how specific these body
memories could be. Not just vague fears,
but precise physical responses to
precise triggers. A client who couldn't
bear the sensation of fabric over her
face during facials and spa treatments.
Her past life memory revealed she'd
suffocated under a collapsed tent.
Another who experienced unexplained pain
in his lower back only when sitting in
certain positions past life showed him
dying from a spear wound in exactly that
location. The body knows the cells
remember. And until you acknowledge
these memories, until you bring them
into conscious awareness and process
them, they continue to control you from
the shadows. This is why so many people
experience immediate physical relief
after a past life regression session.
I've seen chronic pain disappear,
allergies resolve, mysterious symptoms
that baffle doctors for years simply
vanish once the past life trauma is
acknowledged and released. The medical
establishment often dismisses these
recoveries as placebo effect or
coincidence.
But when you've witnessed it thousands
of times, when you've seen the pattern
repeat over and over, you understand
it's something far more profound. It's
the natural healing that occurs when you
stop fighting your own history and start
integrating it instead. Your soul
brought these memories forward not to
torment you but to heal you. Every
phobia, every unexplained physical
response, every inexplicable anxiety is
actually your higher self trying to get
your attention, saying, "Remember this.
Process this. Release this so you can
move forward unbburdened."
When people came to me terrified of
enclosed spaces or inexplicably afraid
of water or experiencing panic attacks
at the sight of knives, I didn't
immediately dismiss these as simple
phobias to be medicated away. I took
them into regression.
And what we discovered was absolutely
profound.
A woman with an overwhelming fear of
drowning remembered a life where she'd
been thrown from a ship during a storm.
A man who couldn't bear anything around
his neck recalled an execution by
hanging. A young girl who panicked in
elevators had died in a collapsed mind
shaft in another existence.
But here's what made my work different
from traditional therapy. I didn't just
help them remember these experiences. I
helped them understand the spiritual
purpose behind carrying these memories
forward. Because your soul doesn't
randomly select traumas to bring into
your current life. Every single fear,
every phobia, every physical reaction
that seems irrational in this life
serves a very specific purpose in your
soul's evolution. The woman afraid of
water wasn't meant to simply avoid
oceans her entire life. Her soul brought
that memory forward so she could face
it, process it, and ultimately transcend
it. When she finally understood what had
happened in that past life, when she saw
herself from her soul's perspective,
observing that drowning, something
remarkable occurred. She realized she
hadn't actually died in that water. Her
body had died, but she, the eternal
consciousness, had simply transitioned.
She watched herself float peacefully
above the scene, completely unharm,
surrounded by guides welcoming her home.
That realization changed everything.
Within weeks of that session, she was
taking swimming lessons. Not because I
told her to, but because the fear had
lost its power. She understood it had
been a messenger and once she received
the message, the messenger no longer
needed to knock on her door. This is the
essence of what I learned through 45
years of working in the trenches of the
human psyche. Fear doesn't need to be
defeated. It needs to be understood. And
when you understand something, when you
really see it for what it is, it
transforms.
It releases its grip. I remember another
client, a businessman, who came to me
not because he believed in past lives,
but because he was desperate. He'd been
having these panic attacks before every
major presentation at work. His career
was stalling. His marriage was
suffering. He'd tried therapy,
medication, breathing exercises.
Nothing worked. Under hypnosis, we found
ourselves in what appeared to be a
medieval courtroom. He was standing
trial, accused of heresy. As he spoke, I
could hear the terror in his voice. Not
the voice of the man lying on my couch,
but the voice of whoever he had been in
that time. They're all looking at me, he
said, waiting for me to speak, waiting
for me to condemn myself with my own
words. He was executed that day. he told
me, not for what he believed, but for
daring to speak it aloud in front of an
audience that had already judged him.
When he came out of trance, he sat there
in silence for a long time. Then he said
something I'll never forget. Every time
I stand in front of that boardroom, I'm
not afraid of failing. [music] I'm
afraid of being seen, of being judged,
of saying the wrong thing and having it
cost me everything. The fear made sense
now. It had an origin story. And just
like with the woman and the water, once
he understood where it came from, the
fear began to loosen its hold. He told
me months later that he still gets
nervous before presentations, but it's a
normal nervousness now, not the
paralyzing terror that used to consume
him. The difference, he said, was that
he no longer felt like he was on trial
for his life. That's what happens when
you bring the unconscious into
consciousness.
The hold it has over you, that invisible
puppet string, it begins to dissolve.
Not always completely, not always
immediately, but the grip loosens. You
stop being ruled by forces you can't see
or name. I've watched this
transformation happen in so many
different ways with so many different
people. A woman who couldn't enter
hospitals without experiencing panic
attacks turned out she died in one
during a previous life surrounded by
chaos and people who couldn't help her.
A man who had an irrational anger toward
authority figures discovered he'd been
imprisoned unjustly in another lifetime.
His pleas ignored by those in power. A
young girl terrified of birds found
herself reliving a death where crows had
circled above her as she lay dying on a
battlefield unable to move. In each
case, the present fear made no logical
sense. There was no traumatic event in
this lifetime to explain it. No
childhood incident, no recent trigger,
just this overwhelming, inexplicable
terror that seemed to come from nowhere.
But it didn't come from nowhere. It came
from somewhere very specific. The
subconscious mind, that vast storehouse
of memory, had been holding on to these
experiences,
trying to warn them, this was dangerous
before. Be careful. It was trying to
protect them using the only language it
knows, emotion and sensation. The
beautiful thing is once you understand
the origin, you can speak back to that
protective part of yourself. You can
say, "Thank you for trying to keep me
safe. I see what happened." But that was
then and this is now. I'm in a different
body, a different time, a different
circumstance. I'm safe here.
and something in the psyche relaxes.
It doesn't mean you'll never feel fear
again. That would be foolish. Fear has
its place. It keeps us from walking off
cliffs and petting wild animals. But
you're no longer carrying fear that
doesn't belong to this lifetime, this
body, this moment. You're freed from
ghosts you didn't even know were
haunting you. And as those ghosts
release, you notice something
remarkable. The world doesn't become
more dangerous. It becomes more
manageable. You start trusting yourself
in ways you couldn't before. [music]
That voice inside that says, "I can't or
I shouldn't." Or, "What if something
terrible happens? It doesn't disappear
entirely, but it loses its power. It
becomes one voice among many instead of
the only voice that matters. I watched
someone in session realize this so
clearly. She'd been terrified of flying
her entire life. Not just nervous,
genuinely terrified. Couldn't get on a
plane without having a panic attack. And
we went back expecting maybe a plane
crash in a past life. But no, what we
found was a life where she'd been pushed
off a cliff, deliberately pushed,
murdered that way, and her soul had held
on to that sensation of falling, that
terror of being airborne with nothing
beneath her. The plane fear wasn't
really about planes at all. It was about
that ancient memory of falling to her
death. When she recognized it, when she
saw that death, processed it, understood
it was over the plane, fear just
evaporated.
She called me weeks later from an
airplane, crying happy tears, saying she
couldn't believe she was sitting there
calmly. The fear that had controlled her
travel, her career, her family
relationships for decades was gone. Not
because she became reckless, but because
she was no longer responding to a threat
that didn't exist in this lifetime.
That's what happens when you clear this
trauma. You respond to what's actually
in front of you instead of what your
soul remembers from centuries ago. You
make decisions based on present reality
rather than ancient echoes. And
suddenly, life opens up in ways you
couldn't have imagined. Opportunities
you would have said no to become
possibilities.
Relationships you would have run from
become connections. Experiences you
would have avoided become adventures.
The fear of punishment dissolves and in
its place rises something far more
powerful. The understanding that life
itself is not punishing you, it's
teaching you. Every closed door was
protecting you from a path that would
have diminished your light. Every
disappointment was redirecting you
towards something more aligned with who
you're becoming. I've watched people
transform their entire reality simply by
releasing the belief that they're being
tested and punished. A woman came to me
convinced she was cursed because every
relationship ended badly. Through
regression, we discovered she wasn't
cursed. She was being protected. Each
relationship that fell apart was
preventing her from settling for less
than the profound connection her soul
was seeking. The universe wasn't
punishing her for being unlovable. It
was holding space for the love she truly
deserved. Another client believed he was
being punished with financial struggle.
But when we explored his soul's
intention, we found something
remarkable. His struggle wasn't
punishment. It was preparation. He was
being forged in circumstances that would
give him the wisdom and compassion
needed for the work he came to do. The
very thing he thought was evidence of
divine disapproval was actually divine
preparation for his purpose. You see,
when you stop interpreting your
challenges as punishment, you stop
living in reaction to an angry universe.
You start living in response to a loving
one. And that shift, that single
perceptual shift changes everything
about how you move through your days.
The anxiety that once gripped you begins
to soften. The hypervigilance that kept
you scanning for the next disaster
starts to ease. You stop white knuckling
your way through life, waiting for the
other shoe to drop, and you start
opening your hands to receive what's
actually being offered. This doesn't
mean challenges disappear. It means they
stop feeling like evidence that you're
fundamentally flawed or cosmically
marked for suffering. They become what
they've always been, opportunities for
growth, redirection, and deeper
alignment with your truth. You start
making decisions from a calmer center.
Instead of reacting from panic or
scarcity, you pause. You breathe. You
ask yourself asterisk, "What would I
choose if I trusted that I was
supported? What would I do if I believed
things were working out?" asterisk. And
here's what I've watched happen time and
time again. Those decisions lead to
better outcomes. Not because the
universe suddenly plays favorites, but
because clarity creates different
results than chaos does. When you're not
scrambling to fix, control, or
compensate for some imagined deficiency,
you see options you couldn't see before,
you notice the open door while everyone
else is banging on the locked one. Your
relationships begin to shift, too.
People who were drawn to your wound, the
ones who needed you, small, anxious, or
dependent, start fading into the
background. It's not dramatic. There's
no big confrontation. They just drift.
And in their place, you find yourself
surrounded by people who meet you at
your new frequency. People who celebrate
your growth instead of feeling
threatened by it. People who don't need
you to stay broken so they can feel
useful. This part can feel lonely at
first. There's a morning period when you
realize certain connections were built
on shared dysfunction rather than
genuine resonance. But that loneliness
is temporary. It's the space clearing
itself out so something real can take
root. And when those new connections
arrive, the ones built on authenticity
rather than need, you'll understand why
the old ones had to go. You also start
to notice your body responding
differently.
That constant low-grade anxiety that
lived in your chest begins to soften.
Your sleep improves. Your digestion
settles. Your immune system strengthens.
The body always knows. It's been waiting
for you to stop running that same fear
program on repeat. And when you finally
do, it exhales in relief. And this is
where people start to feel different.
Not better, not fixed, different. They
walk differently. They speak
differently. The old triggers that used
to hook them no longer have the same
grip. Someone says that thing they
always say, the thing that used to make
you defensive, and you just observe it.
You notice it floating past you like a
leaf on a stream. And you think
asterisks, huh? That used to bother me.
Asterisks.
This is the recalibration. This is your
energy field resetting to its natural
state. Because when you're no longer
bleeding energy into fear, into
resentment,
into trying to control what happened 10
years ago or what might happen 10 years
from now, when you're not hemorrhaging
your life force in those directions,
that energy returns to you and suddenly
you have capacity, you have presence,
you have times room asterisk. People
around you will notice before you do.
They'll say, "You seem lighter or
something's different about you." And
you'll realize it's not that you did
something new. It's that you stopped
doing something old. You stopped
carrying the invisible weights you'd
grown so accustomed to, you forgot they
were even there. Now, let me tell you
something else that happens during this
stage. Something nobody warned you
about. You might feel grief.
Real genuine grief. And this catches
people offguard. They think, "Wait, I'm
healing. Why do I feel sad?" But the
grief is part of it. You're mourning the
years you spent in the illusion. You're
mourning the energy you gave away.
You're grieving the version of yourself
that believed you were small, powerless,
separate. And that grief is sacred. It's
not a setback. It's a release. You're
crying for the part of you that suffered
unnecessarily.
And that crying is medicine. It's the
salt water that cleanses the wound. Let
it come. Let it move through you.
Because on the other side of that grief
is something extraordinary. Forgiveness.
Not the forced kind. Not the I should
forgive because it's spiritual kind. The
real kind. The kind that just appears
one day.
You think about that person, that event,
and instead of the old contraction,
there's just space, neutrality,
maybe even compassion, and you realize
forgiveness was never something you had
to do. It's what naturally happens when
you stop feeding the story. You start to
see that every person who ever hurt you
was carrying their own weight, their own
confusion, their own unhealed places,
and they bumped into yours. That doesn't
make what they did okay, but it makes
them human. And when you see them as
human, flawed, struggling, limited, you
stop needing them to be villains in your
story. You stop needing them to
apologize, to change, to understand what
they did. Because your peace is no
longer dependent on their awareness.
That's a profound shift. It moves you
from victim to author, from trapped to
liberated. I've worked with people
who've forgiven the unforgivable, abuse,
betrayal, abandonment, and what they all
say is this. Forgiveness didn't happen
because they forced it. It happened
because they got tired of carrying the
hate. They got tired of giving their
pain more power than their joy. One
woman told me, "I realized that hating
him was like drinking poison and waiting
for him to die. So, I just put the cup
down and that's it. That's the whole
practice. You put the cup down, not
because you're weak, not because you're
condoning anything, but because you're
choosing yourself. You're choosing your
energy, your peace, your future. You're
choosing not to let the past have a vote
in who you become. Now, here's the
tricky part. Sometimes the person you
most need to forgive is yourself. You
replay your own mistakes like old
footage, the things you said, the ways
you failed, the moments you weren't who
you wanted to be, and you hold yourself
hostage to a version of you that no
longer exists. But here's what I know
from thousands of regressions. You were
always doing the best you could with the
awareness you had at the time. Always.
If you could have done better, you would
have. If you'd known more, you would
have chosen differently. But you didn't.
And that's okay. That's being human.
Because the truth is, we're all
learning. Every single one of us. The
souls I've spoken to, the ones who've
crossed over and looked back at their
lives, they all say the same thing. I
wish I'd known I didn't have to be
perfect. I wish I'd understood that the
struggle itself was the whole point. You
see, we came here to experience
contrast,
light and dark, joy and sorrow, wisdom
and foolishness. You can't have one
without the other. It's impossible.
That's like trying to have a coin with
only one side. The universe doesn't work
that way. And yet, we spend so much time
fighting against half of our experience.
We want only the light, only the good,
only the easy moments. We push away
anything that feels uncomfortable,
anything that challenges us. But that
resistance, that's what creates the real
suffering. The souls I've worked with
have shown me something profound. The
moments we resist the most, are often
the moments we grow the most. That
argument with your partner that forced
you to examine your own behavior.
That job loss that pushed you toward
something you were actually meant to do.
That illness that made you finally slow
down and listen to your body. None of it
felt good in the moment. None of it. But
when you look back with spiritual eyes
with that higher perspective,
you see the gift hidden inside the
wrapping paper of pain. Now, I'm not
saying pain is good or that we should
seek it out. That's not what this is
about. What I'm saying is that when pain
arrives, and it will because that's part
of being human, we don't have to see it
as evidence that we've failed or that
the universe is punishing us. Sometimes
pain is just information. Your body
saying, "Hey, this needs attention."
Your emotions saying, "Something here
needs to shift." Your life saying, "This
path isn't serving your highest good
anymore." And when we can receive that
information without all the judgment,
without making it mean something about
our worth or our spiritual advancement,
then we can actually use it. We can let
it guide us somewhere new.
I've seen this pattern repeat thousands
of times in my work. Someone comes to me
feeling broken, feeling like they've
wasted their life or made terrible
mistakes. And then in the session, their
higher self or their guides show them
the bigger picture. They see how every
single thing they experienced, even the
things they're most ashamed of, was
teaching them something essential. They
see the times they felt they failed.
They were actually learning compassion.
The relationships that fell apart were
teaching them about boundaries, about
self-worth, about what they truly need.
The career that didn't work out was
steering them toward their real purpose.
The illness that brought them to their
knees was forcing them to finally listen
to their body, to slow down, to
reconnect with what matters. And here's
what always moves me. They realized they
were never really failing. They were
gathering exactly the experiences they
needed. Every detour was part of the
path. Every mistake was information.
Every heartbreak was cracking them open
so more love could eventually get in. I
remember one woman who came to me
absolutely devastated because she felt
she'd wasted 20 years in a marriage that
ended. 20 years. She kept saying, "I
gave him the best years of my life, and
it was all for nothing." But when we did
her session, her higher self showed her
something she couldn't see from her
human perspective. Those 20 years
weren't wasted. They gave her two
children who are now doing important
work in the world. They taught her
patience and strengths she didn't know
she had.
They showed her exactly what she didn't
want, which made it crystal clear what
she did want, and the ending of that
marriage freed both her and her husband
to finally become who they were meant to
be. She cried when she came out of
trance, but they were completely
different tears. Not tears of regret
anymore, tears of recognition. She could
finally see the perfection in what had
felt like failure.
This is what I mean when I say there are
no mistakes. From the soul's
perspective, from that higher vantage
point, everything is unfolding exactly
as it needs to. Every experience is
valuable.
Every path leads somewhere meaningful,
even when it doesn't look like the path
we thought we were supposed to be on.
Your soul didn't come here to get
everything right on the first try. It
came here to experience, to learn, to
grow, to remember who it really is
through all these human adventures. And
sometimes the most profound growth
happens in the spaces between what we
planned and what actually unfolds.
I've watched this pattern repeat itself
thousands of times across thousands of
lives.
Someone comes into a session absolutely
convinced they made a terrible mistake
20 years ago, that they took the wrong
job, married the wrong person, moved to
the wrong city, and then we go back. We
look at it from the soul's perspective,
and suddenly they see it completely
differently. Oh, they say, their voice
full of wonder, "That wasn't a mistake
at all. That was exactly where I needed
to be to meet that person who changed
everything. to learn that skill I'm
using now to develop that strength I
didn't know I had. You see, your soul
has a much longer view than your
conscious mind does. Your conscious mind
is living daytoday trying to survive,
trying to get it right, trying to avoid
pain and pursue pleasure. But your soul,
your soul is playing a much longer game.
It's looking at your entire lifetime,
[music] at the themes you chose to
explore, at the lessons you wanted to
master, at the service you came here to
provide. From that perspective, there
are no wrong turns. There are only
different routes to the same essential
discoveries.
You might have planned to learn about
compassion through being a nurse, but
instead you learned it through caring
for an aging parent. You might have
thought you'd find your creative voice
through painting, but you found it
through the way you arrange flowers or
design gardens or even organize your
home. The specific vehicle doesn't
matter as much as we think it does. What
matters is whether you're opening your
heart, whether you're growing, whether
you're becoming more of who you truly
are. And here's something else that
comes up again and again in my work.
Sometimes what looks like going backward
is actually going deeper. Maybe you left
a career and came back to it years
later. Your mind might judge that as
wasted time, as failure, as an
embarrassing return to square one, but
your soul knows differently. You're not
the same person returning to that
career. You're bringing everything you
learned during those years away. You're
bringing new perspectives, new
compassion, new understanding. You're
approaching the same work from a
completely different level of
consciousness.
And many of you will find that when you
return, doors open that were previously
closed. Opportunities appear that
weren't there before. The right people
show up at exactly the right time.
That's not coincidence. That's the
universe recognizing the work you've
done, the transformation you've
undergone and aligning circumstances to
match your new frequency. I remember one
woman who told me she'd walked away from
her healing practice feeling completely
burned out and disillusioned.
She spent three years working in a
completely unrelated field, barely
thinking about her previous work. Then
one day, out of the blue, she felt this
gentle pull to return. Within weeks of
making that decision, she received three
separate invitations to teach workshops
she hadn't advertised.
People she'd helped years before
contacted her, saying they'd been
thinking about her and wanted to refer
friends.
The practice rebuilt itself almost
effortlessly because she was returning
in alignment rather than forcing
something that wasn't ready. That's what
happens when you honor the natural
rhythms of your journey. The universe
works with you instead of against you.
And here's something else I want you to
understand about this pattern of going
away and returning. Each time it
happens, and it may happen multiple
times throughout your life, you're
completing a spiral. You're not going
backward. You're not repeating old
lessons. You're revisiting similar
territory from a higher vantage point,
integrating deeper layers of wisdom,
preparing for the next expansion of your
mission. Think of it like climbing a
mountain path that spirals around the
peak. Sometimes it looks like you're
heading away from the summit, moving in
the opposite direction, but you're
actually gaining altitude with each
turn. When you come back around to face
the same view you saw before, you're
seeing it from much higher up with a
vastly expanded perspective.
That's what these cycles of withdrawal
and return accomplish. They elevate your
entire approach to the work. And here's
something fascinating I've observed
through decades of working with subjects
in deep trance states. The subconscious
doesn't measure progress linearly.
It doesn't count pages or chapters.
It measures resonance. It measures
transformation.
When you write a paragraph that
fundamentally shifts how you understand
your own material, that single paragraph
carries more weight in the subconscious
ledger than 20 pages of competent but
uninspired pros. This is why sometimes
you can spend weeks writing what feels
like substantial material, yet something
inside keeps whispering that you haven't
really moved forward. And then other
times you write for just an hour,
produce what looks like a modest amount
of work, yet you know you absolutely
know that something essential has
shifted. You've crossed a threshold. The
project is no longer the same as it was
before you sat down. Your subconscious
recognizes these moments of genuine
progress, these quantum leaps, even when
your conscious mind is still counting
words and worrying about deadlines.
[music] I've worked with writers who
kept detailed logs of their daily
output, celebrating when they hit
certain word counts, despairing when
they fell short. And I've noticed
something remarkable. The word count
rarely correlates with their actual
satisfaction or with the ultimate
quality of the finished work. The days
they felt most accomplished were almost
always the days when something clicked
into place conceptually when they
finally understood the deeper pattern
they were trying to articulate.
This understanding completely changes
how you approach the work. Instead of
forcing yourself to produce a certain
amount each day, you start asking
different questions. What wants to
emerge today? What understanding is
trying to form itself? Where is the
energy alive in this material right now?
And when you ask these questions
sincerely, you begin to notice that
certain sections practically write
themselves.
They flow. The words arrange themselves
with minimal effort because you're
aligned with what actually wants to be
expressed. Other sections resist no
matter how much discipline you apply
because they're not ready yet. Something
is still forming beneath the surface.
Writing in this understanding
becomes less about controlling outcomes
and more about recognizing what's ready
to emerge. I've learned to work with
sections that flow and set aside those
that don't, trusting that when the time
is right, they'll open naturally. This
isn't procrastination, it's discernment.
The difference is palpable.
Procrastination carries anxiety and
avoidance. True waiting carries patience
and awareness. You know, something is
justestating and you're giving it the
space it needs. This principle applies
to conversations as well. Have you
noticed how some discussions lead
somewhere meaningful while others circle
endlessly without resolution? The
difference isn't always about who's
involved or what's being discussed.
Sometimes the conversation itself isn't
ready. The understanding between people
hasn't developed to the point where
certain things can be said or heard.
Forcing those conversations leads to
misunderstanding and frustration.
Waiting until the relationship has
deepened, until trust has been
established, until both parties have
evolved to where that particular
exchange can happen. That's when real
communication becomes possible. I've
watched this unfold in my sessions
countless times. A subject will ask
about something and I can sense
immediately whether they're truly ready
for the answer. Sometimes the higher
consciousness will redirect the
conversation entirely, knowing that
what's being asked isn't what actually
needs to be addressed yet. The person
thinks they want to know about their
past life in ancient Egypt, but what
they actually need is healing around
their current relationship with their
mother. The higher consciousness guides
us toward what's ready to be worked
with, what will actually serve their
evolution in this moment. The same
intelligence operates in your creative
life and your healing journey. What's
ready reveals itself. What's not stays
hidden until the conditions are right.
Your job isn't to force revelation, but
to remain attentive, to recognize what's
being offered, and to work with it fully
while it's available. And here's
something I've seen misunderstood again
and again in sessions. People think that
if information doesn't come easily, they
must be blocked or doing something
wrong. But sometimes resistance isn't
blockage, it's protection. The psyche
has built-in safeguards, intelligent
mechanisms that prevent premature
exposure to material the conscious mind
isn't yet equipped to handle. I've
worked with clients who became
frustrated because certain memories
wouldn't surface. Certain lifetimes
wouldn't open. Certain traumas stayed
locked. And what I found consistently
was that this wasn't failure. It was
wisdom. The subconscious was saying,
"Not yet. You're not ready. We need to
build more resources first. Strengthen
the foundation. Create the support
systems that will allow you to integrate
what's coming. This is where trust
becomes everything. Trust that your
system knows what it's doing. Trust that
the timing is intelligent, not
arbitrary. Trust that what needs to be
known will be known when you're
genuinely prepared to receive it. I
remember one woman who came for a
session specifically wanting to explore
what she believed was an alien abduction
experience. She was convinced this was
the key to understanding her entire
life. But when we went into trance, that
door stayed firmly closed. Instead, what
came forward was a completely unexpected
lifetime as a healer who had been
persecuted and killed for her gifts. She
was disappointed at first, frustrated
that we didn't get to the real issue,
but 6 months later, she contacted me.
She'd done the work of healing that past
life trauma, processed the fear of
persecution, reclaimed her power as a
healer, and then spontaneously,
without trying, the memories of her
experiences with other dimensional
beings began to surface naturally. Her
system had known that she needed to heal
the persecution wound first, that she
needed to stand firmly in her power
before she could handle the implications
of contact with non-human intelligence.
This is what I call intelligent
sequencing. The psyche knows what it's
doing. It knows what needs to be
processed first, what needs to be
integrated before you can handle the
next layer. is protecting you, guiding
you, showing you exactly what you're
ready for when you're ready for it. I've
watched this play out in hundreds of
sessions. Someone comes in wanting to
explore one thing and the subconscious
takes them somewhere completely
different. And every single time when we
trust that process, we discover why. We
discover that there was something that
needed to be addressed first. something
foundational that had to be healed or
understood before they could access what
they thought they came for. A man came
to see me wanting to understand his
recurring dreams about ancient temples.
He was convinced he'd been a priest in
Egypt, maybe Atlantis.
But when we got him into trance, his
subconscious took him to a lifetime as a
young boy in medieval France. Nothing
mystical, nothing exotic, just a child
who'd been severely punished by his
father for asking questions, for being
curious about how things worked. He was
frustrated at first. This wasn't what he
came for. But as we move through that
lifetime, as he processed the wounds
around curiosity being dangerous, around
questioning authority being met with
violence, something shifted. The fear
that had been embedded in his system
around seeking knowledge, around looking
behind the veil, began to dissolve. In
our very next session, without even
trying, he accessed not just one
lifetime as a temple priest, but
multiple experiences across different
civilizations.
And more than that, he accessed the
knowledge itself, the actual teachings
and wisdom practices he'd carried. But
his system had known he couldn't access
that while he still carried the deep
programming that curiosity and
questioning would be met with
punishment. This is the intelligence I'm
talking about. This is the wisdom of the
process. when we trust it, when we stop
trying to force it to go where we think
it should go and instead follow where it
naturally leads. And here's what I've
noticed. The deeper the trauma, the more
barriers there might be before you can
access certain memories. Not because you
can't handle it, but because you need
certain tools first. You need to build
certain strengths, certain perspectives,
certain supports before you can
integrate what's waiting underneath.
It's like peeling an onion, but
intelligently, not just ripping away
layers to see what's there, but
carefully, gently, with respect for your
own readiness. The subconscious knows
the perfect timing for everything. It
won't show you more than you can process
in that moment. I've watched this play
out thousands of times. Someone comes in
wanting to access a particular lifetime
or memory and the subconscious takes
them somewhere completely different. At
first, they're confused. Why am I seeing
this? This isn't what I came for. But
then, as the session unfolds, it becomes
crystal clear. That memory they're being
shown is the key to understanding what
they originally wanted to know. It's the
foundation that needs to be laid first.
The subconscious always has a plan.
Always. And it's always more elegant,
more comprehensive, more healing than
what we could have designed with our
conscious minds. Sometimes the
preparation for a big revelation takes
years. You might have a session where
you access one piece of a puzzle and it
changes your life. You integrate that
information, you grow from it, you
develop new strengths and new
perspectives. Then maybe a year later or
two years later or 5 years later, you're
ready for the next piece. And when it
comes, you can see exactly why you
needed that time in between. You needed
to become the person who could hold that
information with wisdom instead of fear.
This is why I always tell people this
work isn't a race. It's not about how
quickly you can access the deepest,
darkest, most dramatic memories. It's
about sustainable healing. It's about
integration. It's about becoming whole
in a way that actually serves your life,
not just satisfies your curiosity.
And here's something important. Not
every barrier exists because of trauma.
Sometimes the barrier exists because
accessing certain information would
interfere with a mission you're here to
complete. Sometimes you're meant to
figure certain things out the hard way
through lived experience because that's
how you develop the exact qualities you
came here to develop. I've worked with
people who became frustrated because
they couldn't access past life memories
that they believed would explain their
current challenges. They wanted the
information handed to them. But when we
finally broke through to those memories,
they realized something profound. The
journey of trying to access that
information had taught them patience,
persistence, and trust. The very
qualities they needed to complete their
life purpose. The barrier wasn't
blocking them, it was teaching them.
This is where many people make a
critical mistake in their spiritual
development. They assume that awakening
means immediate access to everything,
all memories, all abilities, all
knowledge. They believe that if they're
truly evolved, everything should flow
effortlessly. But that's not how it
works. Sometimes the most spiritually
advanced souls choose the most
restricted access, the most challenging
circumstances
because they want the fullest possible
experience of what it means to overcome
limitation.
Think about it this way. If you're an
experienced mountain climber, do you
choose the easiest trail or the most
challenging one? You choose the
challenge because that's where the
growth happens. Your soul operates the
same way. Before you incarnated, you
looked at all the options and chose this
particular set of circumstances,
including these particular barriers and
limitations because they offered the
exact growth opportunities you wanted.
Now, does this mean you should never try
to access your past life memories or
expand your consciousness? Not at all.
The key is approaching it with the right
intention. When you seek this
information out of curiosity, out of a
desire for growth, or to better
understand your purpose, that's a line.
When you seek it out of desperation,
trying to escape your current reality or
believing that this information will fix
everything, that's when you encounter
resistance. I remember a young woman who
came to me absolutely frantic. She
wanted to know every detail of her past
lives, convinced that once she knew why
certain patterns existed, they would
simply disappear. She approached the
session like a magic pill. Give me the
information and I'll be cured. And what
happened? The information came through,
but it didn't land. It couldn't land
because she wasn't in a receptive state.
She was in a demanding state, a grasping
state. We had to actually stop the
session and recalibrate. I guided her
into understanding that the information
wasn't going to do the work for her. The
information was a gift, yes, but what
she did with it, how she integrated it,
how she allowed it to transform her
understanding, that was where the real
healing would occur. Once she shifted
that expectation, once she moved from
demanding to receiving, everything
changed. The same information that felt
flat and unhelpful before suddenly
became profound
because she was ready to meet it
differently. That's what I mean by
intention. It's not about whether you're
worthy of the information. Everyone is
worthy. It's about whether you're
approaching it from a place that allows
you to actually use it. Another form of
resistance comes from the systems around
us, the structures, the institutions,
the collective consciousness that isn't
ready for certain truths. And here's
what I've learned. When the collective
consciousness isn't ready, individuals
within that collective may find
themselves blocked from accessing
certain information, too. It's not
punishment. It's more like cosmic
timing. If you were to receive
information that's too far ahead of
where the collective is, you might find
yourself isolated, misunderstood, or
unable to do anything meaningful with
it. Think about it this way. Imagine if
someone in the 1700s
suddenly downloaded complete knowledge
of quantum physics, artificial
intelligence, and genetic engineering.
What would they do with it? They'd have
no language to communicate it, no
framework to apply it, no technology to
demonstrate it. They'd be labeled
insane, locked away, or worse. The
information itself might be true, but it
would be functionally useless because
the collective consciousness wasn't
ready to receive it. This is why your
awakening is precisely timed to this
particular moment in history. You're
waking up now because now is when you
can do something with what you remember.
The collective has reached a threshold
where enough people are ready to hear
these ideas, where technology and
communication allow information to
spread rapidly, where the old systems
are crumbling enough that new paradigms
can take root. And here's what really
matters. You're not here to drag people
into awareness before they're ready.
That's not your job, and it's actually
impossible. You can't force
consciousness to expand. You can only be
who you are. Share what you know when
asked and trust that those who are ready
will resonate with your frequency.
Everyone else, they're exactly where
they need to be for their own journey.
I've watched this play out thousands of
times. Someone has a profound awakening,
gets excited, and immediately tries to
wake up everyone around them, their
spouse, their parents, their friends.
and they hit wall after wall of
resistance. They get frustrated, hurt,
uh sometimes angry. Why can't they see
what I see? Because they're not supposed
to yet. Or maybe they're never supposed
to in this lifetime. And that's okay.
Their soul has its own curriculum, its
own timing, its own path. Your awakening
doesn't obligate them to wake up, too.
Your transformation doesn't require
their validation. And here's something
beautiful that happens when you truly
accept this. You stop trying to save
everyone. You stop exhausting yourself
trying to convince, explain, and prove.
You stop dimming your light, hoping that
your dimness will make them more
comfortable with their darkness.
Instead, you become a lighthouse. And a
lighthouse doesn't run around the island
looking for boats to save. It doesn't
chase ships in distress. It simply
stands tall, rooted in its foundation,
shining its light consistently, allowing
those who need it to find their way.
Some will see your light from miles away
and navigate toward it. Others will sail
right past, not yet ready to come to
shore. And some will see your light and
deliberately sail in the opposite
direction because they're not finished
with their storm yet. None of this is
your responsibility to control. I've
watched clients torture themselves with
guilt, believing that if they had just
said the right thing or shared the right
article or been more patient, they could
have woken someone up. But that's not
how consciousness works. You cannot
download awareness into another person
like installing software. Awakening
requires a readiness that can only come
from within. And sometimes the most
loving thing you can do is let someone
stay asleep because their sleep serves a
purpose. They're learning something
essential in that dream state. They're
gathering experiences they chose at a
soul level. Your interference, no matter
how well-intentioned,
might actually delay their natural
awakening process. Think about it. Have
you ever tried to wake someone from a
deep sleep before they were ready? They
resist. They become irritated. They pull
the covers over their head and turn away
from you. The same thing happens with
spiritual awakening. But when someone is
ready, truly ready, they wake up
naturally. Sometimes from the gentlest
touch, sometimes from a whisper, and
sometimes they simply open their eyes
because the dream has run its course.
Your job isn't to be the alarm clock for
humanity. Your job is to live so
authentically in your awakened state
that you become undeniable, not through
preaching, but through presence.
Not through convincing, but through
being. And this is where many of you
will feel the resistance. You'll hear
the voice that says, "But I'm not ready.
I haven't figured it all out yet. I
still have my own problems to solve."
Listen carefully. You will never feel
completely ready. That readiness you're
waiting for, it's a trap of the old
programming, the ego's final defense
mechanism. Because as long as you're not
ready, you don't have to step into the
fullness of who you are. You don't have
to risk being seen. You don't have to
take responsibility for the light you
carry. But here's what I learned.
through thousands of sessions, thousands
of souls sharing their journeys across
time. The moment you said yes to this
awakening, you became ready, not
perfect, ready. And there's a profound
difference between those two states. You
see, the old paradigm taught us that we
had to be flawless before we could be
useful. that we had to have all the
answers before we could ask the
questions,
that we had to heal completely before we
could help others heal. But that's not
how this works. Healing isn't linear.
Service isn't conditional. And your
worthiness to participate in this ship
has nothing to do with how many seminars
you've attended or how many crystals you
own or whether you can meditate for an
hour without your mind wandering. Your
worthiness is inherent. It's woven into
the fabric of your soul and the work you
came to do. It's not contingent on you
achieving some imaginary state of
perfection. It's asking you to show up
as you are right now in this moment with
everything you know and everything you
don't know and offer it anyway. I've
watched people transform entire
communities simply by deciding to be
honest about their struggles by sharing
their process rather than their
achievements.
By saying I don't have this figured out
either but here's what I'm learning.
That vulnerability, that authenticity is
more powerful than any polished
presentation could ever be because it
gives others permission to be human too,
to be in process, to be imperfect and
worthy at the same time. When we stop
performing perfection and start living
authentically, we create ripples that
change the emotional temperature of
every room we enter. I've watched this
happen in therapy sessions where one
person's courage to say, "I'm
struggling." gives everyone else
permission to lower their mask. The
relief in the room is palpable.
Suddenly, everyone can breathe deeper.
Think about the people in your life who
feel most comfortable to be around.
They're usually not the ones who have it
all together. They're the ones who let
you see their humanity, who laugh at
their own mistakes, who say, "I don't
know." without shame. That's the energy
we're cultivating here. Not the energy
of having all the answers, but the
energy of being willing to question, to
explore, to not know, and be okay with
it. This is actually a higher vibration
than false certainty because real
confidence doesn't need to prove
anything. It's comfortable with
ambiguity, with paradox, withholding
multiple truths at once. I can be both
deeply wounded and incredibly strong. I
can be both a work in progress and
complete exactly as I am. I can be both
uncertain about my path and absolutely
sure I'm heading in the right direction.
These aren't contradictions. They're the
full spectrum of human experience.
And when you can hold that complexity
without needing to resolve it into
something simpler and neater, you access
a depth of wisdom that transcends easy
answers. You stop looking for the one
right way and start trusting your own
inner knowing. You stop waiting for
permission from external authorities and
start recognizing yourself as the author
of your own life. This is what
sovereignty really means. Not isolation
or independence in the sense of not
needing anyone but a deep trust in your
own perceptions, your own truth, your
own capacity to navigate your life. It
means other people's opinions become
interesting data points rather than
verdicts on your worth. It means you can
receive feedback without being shattered
by it. You can consider criticism
without internalizing it as proof of
your inadequacy
because you know who you are beneath the
doing, beneath the achieving, beneath
the performing.
You know, your worth isn't up for
debate. And from that foundation,
everything changes. Your relationships,
your work, your creativity, your
presence in the world. You stop trying
to be impressive and start being real.
And paradoxically, that's when you
become truly magnetic. You see, for so
many lifetimes, you've been taught that
visibility equals worthiness. That if
you're not being seen, celebrated,
noticed, you somehow don't matter. And
so, you've contorted yourself into a
thousand different shapes, trying to
catch the light just right, trying to be
what others needed you to be, trying to
prove your value through performance.
But the souls who have truly awakened,
they've discovered something
revolutionary.
They've learned that their worth was
never dependent on being witnessed. That
their light doesn't diminish when no
one's watching. That their contribution
to the world isn't measured by applause
or recognition, but by the quality of
presence they bring to each moment. I've
watched this transformation happen so
many times.
Someone stops posting their entire life
online. They stop needing to broadcast
every insight, every experience, every
accomplishment.
And at first, there's this panic, this
fear that if they're not visible,
they'll somehow cease to exist in the
minds of others, that they'll be
forgotten, dismissed, left behind. But
then something extraordinary happens in
the space that opens up when they're no
longer performing for an invisible
audience. They discover who they
actually are. Not the curated version,
not the highlight reel, but the real
messy, beautifully imperfect human
being. They've always been beneath the
filters and the carefully chosen words.
and they find that this real person is
so much more interesting than the
persona they'd been maintaining. This
real person has depth and contradiction
and vulnerability.
This real person doesn't have all the
answers and isn't afraid to admit it.
This real person can sit with
uncertainty without needing to project
confidence they don't feel. What's
happening on Earth right now is a mass
awakening to authenticity.
You're collectively realizing that the
emperor has no clothes. That the
perfectly curated lives you've been
envying were always illusions. That
everyone's struggling. Everyone's
uncertain. Everyone's figuring it out as
they go. And in that realization,
there's tremendous freedom. Freedom to
be ordinary. Freedom to have bad days
without documenting your recovery.
Freedom to experience joy without
needing to capture it. Freedom to simply
be without constantly narrating your
existence to an audience. This is the
revolution that nobody's talking about.
Not the one that makes headlines, but
the quiet one happening in millions of
hearts simultaneously.
Think about what we've normalized in
just one decade. We've normalized the
idea that if you're not sharing, you're
somehow not living fully. That a moment
only has value if it's been witnessed by
others. That your thoughts need
validation through likes before they
feel real. That intimacy should be
performed rather than protected. But
here's what's beginning to shift. A
growing number of people are starting to
recognize that the most profound moments
of their lives happened when no one was
watching. The conversation that saved
their relationship,
the breakthrough that changed their
perspective, the quiet morning when
everything finally made sense. None of
it documented. All of it deeply,
permanently real. This isn't about
rejecting technology or returning to
some imaginary simpler time. It's about
reclaiming discernment,
understanding that some tools are useful
and some are toxic and having the wisdom
to tell the difference. It's about
recognizing that your attention is not
an infinite resource to be harvested by
whoever has the most sophisticated
algorithm. The people who are stepping
back aren't failures or lites or people
who couldn't keep up. They're often the
most thoughtful, the most creative, the
most genuinely connected. They're the
ones who looked at what was being
offered and said, "Actually, I don't
think this is making me more human. I
think it's making me less." And when you
make that choice, something
extraordinary happens. The noise drops
away. And in that silence, you start to
hear your own voice again. Not the
curated version, not the performance.
Your actual voice with all its
uncertainty and wonder and depth. You
start to notice things. The way light
moves across a room. The texture of
genuine conversation.
The satisfaction of creating something
without needing to announce it. The
freedom of having thoughts that belong
only to you. This is the inheritance
we're fighting for. Not just for
ourselves, but for everyone who comes
after us. And here's what I know to be
true. This fight, this reclaiming of our
mental sovereignty, it changes us at the
deepest level. I've watched it happen
thousands of times. Someone comes to me,
their mind filled with the noise of
programming, their energy scattered
across a hundred manufactured concerns,
their spirit dimmed by years of passive
consumption. And then something shifts.
They begin to understand. They start to
observe their own thoughts with new
awareness. They catch themselves in the
act of adopting someone else's fear,
someone else's limitation.
At first, it feels uncomfortable.
We've grown so accustomed to having our
thoughts supplied for us that thinking
for ourselves feels strange, almost
rebellious. There is a vulnerability in
it. When you form your own opinion, you
stand alone with it. There's no crowd to
hide behind, no authority figure to
blame if you're wrong. It's just you and
your capacity to discern truth. But
here's the beautiful part. As you
practice this sovereignty, you become
stronger. Your intuition, which has been
shouted down by external voices for so
long, starts to speak up again. That
quiet knowing inside you, the one that
always sensed something was wrong with
the official narrative, it gains
confidence. You start to trust yourself
in ways you haven't since childhood. And
when that happens, when you truly
reclaim your mind, you become
ungovernable, not in an aggressive way,
not through confrontation or rebellion,
but through a simple, profound shift.
You no longer need their approval. You
no longer fear their judgment. You no
longer consume their poison and call it
information. You become someone who can
sit in silence without reaching for
distraction. Someone who can hold space
for uncertainty without rushing to fill
it with borrowed answers. Someone who
understands that the most revolutionary
act in a world of manufactured consensus
is simply this. Thinking for yourself.
This is the culmination of everything
we've explored together. The
surveillance, the algorithms, the
manufactured outrage, the memory
suppression, the attention theft, it all
serves one ultimate purpose. To prevent
you from accessing your own power
because they know and have always known
that a human being in full possession of
their mental sovereignty is the most
powerful force in creation. You were
never meant to be small. You were never
meant to scroll. You were never meant to
live in reaction to someone else's
carefully crafted stimulus. Your
consciousness, that eternal, boundless
awareness that existed before this body
and will exist after it. That is what
they've been working to make you forget.
The ancient mystery schools understood
this. The Gnostics called it numa, the
divine spark within. The Buddhists spoke
of Buddha nature inherent in all beings.
The Hindus recognized it as atman, the
true self identical with Brahman. Every
authentic spiritual tradition throughout
history has pointed to the same truth.
You are not a consumer, not a user, not
a data point. You are consciousness
itself temporarily inhabiting a physical
form. And consciousness when fully
awakened cannot be controlled. This is
why the system had to evolve beyond
physical chains. You can't imprison
awareness in a jail cell. You can't
suppress consciousness with military
force alone. The only way to control a
being of infinite potential is to
convince them they're not one. to keep
them so distracted, so fragmented, so
identified with the temporary that they
forget the eternal. The smartphone was
the perfect delivery mechanism, a device
you carry everywhere, check constantly,
sleep beside, reach for first thing in
the morning. It's not just a tool. It's
become the lens through which you
experience reality. And whoever controls
that lens controls your perception of
what's possible. But here's what they
didn't count on. The fact that you're
watching this right now. The fact that
something inside you recognized the
truth in these words. That spark of
recognition,
that's your consciousness remembering
itself. That uncomfortable feeling you
might be experiencing, that's not
anxiety. That's awakening.
And once you truly awaken, once you
remember what you actually are, the
entire system loses its power over you.
Not because you fight it, but because
you simply stop participating in your
own imprisonment.
