How to Create 30 Days of Content in under 60 Minutes Using AI (Claude + Canva)

0:04

Two years ago, I posted this video

0:05

teaching you how to come up with 200

0:07

social media posts in 10 minutes using

0:10

chat and Canva. But AI has advanced a

0:13

lot since then. So, I wanted to create

0:15

an updated version. In this video, we're

0:17

going to set up Claude and Canva so that

0:19

anytime you come up with a post idea,

0:22

you can create it right away with one

0:24

single prompt. Then I'll show you how to

0:26

batch create as many pieces of content

0:29

as you want in one sitting from

0:32

carousels, reals, and single image

0:34

posts. As always, timestamps are below.

0:36

Use them if you need them. Let's jump

0:37

in. This is our coffee for today.

0:40

[snorts] Would you believe I'm going

0:42

hot? I usually am an iced latte gal, but

0:45

we're going hot with stevia cuz believe

0:48

it or not, I actually like stevia. Step

0:50

one is pretty simple. We want to first

0:52

connect Claude and Canva. The reason I

0:54

love this combination is because Claude

0:56

is your like strategic thinker and I

0:58

feel like Claude is a little bit more

1:00

advanced than chatbt and then Canva is

1:02

like your creative design. What we're

1:04

going to do is come down to our account,

1:07

go to settings, and under customize

1:11

you'll have connectors. This is where if

1:14

you don't have any connectors already

1:15

set up, you'll want to add browse

1:18

connectors and make sure you search for

1:20

Canva. Before you do this, you obviously

1:22

want to make sure you have a Claude

1:24

account already set up and a Canva

1:26

account already set up. Once you add

1:28

Canva, you'll be prompted by Claude to

1:31

give Claude permission to fully connect

1:33

to Canva. So, you want to make sure you

1:35

give Claude full permissions to

1:36

integrate. Once those are connected,

1:38

you're going to now create a new

1:41

project. So, we're not really going to

1:43

start a new chat. We're actually going

1:44

to go over here to projects. Projects

1:46

are folders of multiple chats. That way

1:50

you can stay organized and focus on the

1:52

specific things that you're working on.

1:54

This is such a gamecher is because with

1:56

Claude, you can set and write

1:58

instructions for Claude to follow per

2:02

project. That way Claude already knows

2:04

everything that it needs to know about

2:05

your personal brand before you even

2:08

prompt it to create things for you.

2:09

Things like your target audience, your

2:11

brand voice, content pillars, your

2:14

personal goals, and the type of content

2:16

you want to create. So, it might take

2:18

you a minute to set this up with all of

2:20

the right info, but once it is set up,

2:22

Claude is going to work so much more

2:24

efficient and in line with you and your

2:28

personal brand. So, here we're going to

2:30

start a new project. And to name our

2:32

project, I'm going to do my brand name

2:35

and the platform that I want to be

2:37

focusing on or creating content for. So,

2:40

in this case, let's just say Instagram.

2:43

And then for the description or what

2:46

you're trying to achieve, this is kind

2:48

of the template that you're going to

2:51

fill out. You're going to say, "I'm a

2:54

like if you're a lifestyle content

2:55

creator or fitness fashion, I'm going to

2:58

say I'm a content creator coach trying

3:00

to grow to 500,000 followers on

3:05

Instagram in 6 months with reals and

3:10

carousels. create project. So now our

3:13

project is here with your project set

3:16

up. Now you want to upload logic for

3:18

Claude to follow anytime you ask it or

3:21

prompt it to create something for you.

3:23

So this is where you upload basically

3:24

all the logic about you and your

3:26

personal brand. We're going to go to

3:28

instructions and you're going to paste a

3:31

prompt that I've already created. For a

3:33

lot of the prompts that I talk about in

3:36

my videos, I have a free AI prompt

3:39

guide. It's any sort of AI prompt

3:42

content creators would need to grow and

3:45

scale their personal brand. We have

3:47

chatbt prompts and there's a whole

3:48

section about Claude prompts. This

3:50

prompt is specifically the social media

3:53

strategist prompt where you set Claude

3:55

to act as your social media strategist.

3:57

So this is the exact prompt that you're

3:59

going to copy and paste and you're just

4:01

going to fill everything in as much

4:04

detail as possible. So, this is where,

4:06

yes, it might take a little bit of time,

4:07

but once you fill it in once, you never

4:10

have to tell Claude who you are, who

4:12

your target audience is ever again. Once

4:14

those instructions are set, you can

4:16

create multiple projects for multiple

4:18

different platforms. If you're posting

4:20

to multiple platforms, ideally if you

4:22

are just starting out as a content

4:24

creator and you haven't seen like a

4:26

snowball of growth on one platform yet,

4:28

then I always recommend just start with

4:30

one platform and then you could branch

4:32

out after the ball is rolling somewhere.

4:34

So, we're just going to focus on

4:36

Instagram for today. I know we kind of

4:38

breezed over the projects, but I've

4:40

talked more about setting up projects

4:41

and using Claude as your social media

4:43

strategist before. So, if you want to

4:45

learn more about that side of content

4:47

creation, be sure to watch my other

4:49

Claude video that I have here on my

4:50

channel. If you're anything like me,

4:52

learning new ways to use Claude

4:55

literally just like brings me life. The

4:57

video that I have here on my channel

4:59

talks about seven different Claude hacks

5:02

that I've been using to automate my work

5:04

as a content creator. But if you are

5:07

looking for even more claude hacks and

5:09

like you're just like, "Seven is not

5:10

enough. I need more that I could use

5:12

right away." I do have a free gift for

5:15

you. So, our friends over at HubSpot put

5:17

together a free guide for anyone

5:20

watching this video called 60 Claude

5:22

Marketing Hacks for Marketers. Each

5:25

prompt is meant to help you do this

5:27

better than people who don't have it.

5:30

Everything from AI first content

5:32

creation to interactive dashboards that

5:35

reveal market opportunities. Think of it

5:38

as having a professional marketing

5:41

sidekick like right at your fingertips.

5:43

So, my favorite part about this free

5:45

guide is not only are they sharing 60

5:48

hacks, but they also included 10 new

5:52

Claude skill prompts. So, these prompts

5:54

are basically projects that you can set

5:57

and continue to reuse without needing to

6:00

reprompt Claude over and over. There's

6:03

one that I particularly like called the

6:06

hook creator skill that you could use to

6:09

generate scroll stopping hooks for ads,

6:12

emails, or even short form content using

6:15

proven copywriting frameworks. So

6:17

whether you're drafting emails or

6:20

planning campaigns, you can copy the

6:23

prompts straight into Claude and watch

6:25

the work practically do itself. Again,

6:28

this is completely free. All you have to

6:30

do is click the link in the description

6:32

to get access. And of course, a huge

6:35

thank you to HubSpot for sponsoring this

6:37

video and continuing to provide free

6:40

resources for anyone who's looking to

6:42

grow their marketing skills. Now, let's

6:44

jump into step three, and that's

6:46

actually setting up your Canva. This

6:50

step is the step that most people skip.

6:53

Now, I've seen a lot of people that make

6:56

videos about how to use Claude and Canva

6:58

to create hundreds of posts. And I mean,

7:00

like I had my video that I made two

7:02

years ago, but here's the thing. Most of

7:04

the time, the thing that I notice is

7:07

that the posts that are being created

7:09

are not really anything that I think my

7:11

audience or any audience would like

7:14

because they feel so generic. They feel

7:16

so Pinterest 2015. The goal is not to

7:21

create content just for the sake of

7:24

creating more content and batch creating

7:26

a hundred videos in five seconds. We

7:28

want to create content that your

7:31

audience would actually want to engage

7:33

with that feels on brand for you. So

7:36

that's why you don't want to skip this

7:38

step. What we're going to do is we're

7:40

going to jump into Canva and we're

7:41

actually going to set up our brand kit.

7:45

Now, I will say the brand kit is a pro

7:49

feature where you do have to pay for it,

7:52

but Canva is just like it's been my

7:54

go-to. I've been using Canva Pro for

7:57

years. I love it. I think it's

7:58

absolutely worth it. And what you're

8:00

going to do is within your brand kit,

8:03

let's go to my BSP model brand kit. You

8:05

just want to set up all the basics of

8:07

your personal brand. You want to choose

8:11

your brand colors of what you want like

8:13

your graphics. If you're creating

8:15

carousel posts or graphics, what do you

8:18

want those colors to look like? If you

8:20

have specific fonts and font layering

8:22

that you use, what are the fonts that

8:24

you like? You could even talk a little

8:26

bit about what your brand voice sounds

8:29

like, pre-upload photos, and so much

8:33

more. This is the brand kit that Claude

8:35

is going to pull from when creating our

8:37

social media posts. So now that we have

8:39

our brand kit done, next step we are

8:43

going to actually create some branded

8:45

templates. This is how you create AI

8:49

content that is like aesthetic. That's

8:52

you. You take the time to like set the

8:55

foundations of what a unique to you post

8:58

looks like. And once you have that one

9:00

template set up that you love, then

9:03

Claude can take that template and apply

9:06

it to any and every piece of content

9:08

that you want to create after. So it

9:10

does take a little bit extra time and

9:12

effort, but it is so worth it. So what

9:14

we're going to do is under home, we're

9:16

going to go to social media and you're

9:18

going to choose Instagram post 4x5.

9:20

We're going to do this for let's say

9:22

like a carousel post or if you just want

9:24

to do like one image with like a

9:26

motivational text or something. We're

9:28

going to go here. It's going to already

9:30

have the dimensions and start a project

9:32

for you in the proper dimensions. And

9:34

then you're going to scroll through the

9:36

templates and find one that you feel you

9:40

could use on repeat that feels true to

9:42

you and true to your personal brand. The

9:44

ones with the crown is the pro feature.

9:46

The ones without are free. Now, I

9:50

suggest making different types of brand

9:53

templates. So, you're going to do one

9:55

brand template that's a carousel, one

9:58

brand template that's just like one

10:01

quote, another brand template that's

10:03

maybe like for a real, and then that way

10:06

you have three different templates that

10:08

Claude can pull from when it's ready.

10:10

We're going to click this, apply all

10:13

four pages. And this is where you're

10:15

going to customize and make it your own.

10:17

You're going to make sure the font is

10:20

your font. Once you have your font, be

10:22

sure to apply to all

10:26

effects. This highlight color is not

10:29

really on brand for me. So, we're going

10:31

to do we'll do that. And then you get to

10:35

customizing. Let me show you one of my

10:38

templates that I have. So, let's go to

10:40

my branded templates. This is the

10:43

carousel template. Let's open it up.

10:47

Okay. So, this is my carousel template.

10:50

As you create your carousel template,

10:52

this is what you're going to do. You're

10:54

going to label what Claude needs to put

10:57

everywhere. So, this is like my main

10:59

heading. And so, I'm telling Claude,

11:02

"Hey, this is the main heading." And the

11:03

hook text of the carousel will go here.

11:06

Same thing, I just say subheading of the

11:09

carousel. Swipe right for more. Anything

11:11

that you don't really want to change or

11:14

you want Claude to change, you're just

11:16

going to select it and make sure it's

11:19

locked here. We're going to lock. And

11:21

now we're this one piece of font like

11:24

canvas. Now this font or this text

11:28

Claude's never going to touch it. So

11:29

like all of these here, I can make sure

11:32

it's locked. This I can make sure it's

11:34

locked. And then for the other pieces,

11:36

this one is heading text. This is like a

11:39

short paragraph. For the rest, we have

11:41

like step or number. So, this is usually

11:43

like five steps or whatever steps

11:45

creators need to d and Claude will just

11:49

fill in the rest. And then I have my CTA

11:52

at the very end. When you're done,

11:54

you'll want to be intentional with what

11:57

you're saving the template as or the

12:00

project name. So, this is Imm Instagram

12:02

carousel template number one. I'm going

12:04

to press share. And you could save it as

12:07

a brand template. That way it gets added

12:10

directly to your brand kit. So if I go

12:13

here to my brand kit, boop, and I have

12:16

my brand templates, these are the

12:17

templates that Claude will be using and

12:20

making copies of when creating content

12:22

for me. Like I said, I have one for like

12:24

a swipe carousel. There's also one that

12:28

is just a like motivational text one

12:32

slide like a one post a one picture a

12:36

one slide post where it's just like one

12:38

what am I trying to say it's just one

12:40

image there we go it's one image with

12:41

like a motivational quote right and then

12:43

also um reals I have like a reals

12:46

template which we'll talk about the

12:47

video reels because they're not quite

12:49

there and claude are not quite there

12:51

when it comes to like video reels but

12:53

we'll talk about that in a bit so you're

12:55

creating your brand templates. You have

12:56

a carousel one with the proper labels,

12:59

right? On brand for you, and then you

13:01

have like a motivational quote that's

13:03

just like one image. Let's say it's in

13:05

your branding, in your fonts.

13:06

Everything's ready there. If you've

13:08

learned something new so far, be sure to

13:09

give this video a thumbs up. And if you

13:11

learned two new things by the end of

13:12

this video, consider subscribing since

13:14

it's a free way to support me and my

13:16

channel and allows me to continue to

13:18

create free content like this for you

13:20

every single week. Now, let's move on to

13:23

our next step because this is where

13:24

things get kind of crazy. We're going to

13:26

actually start creating content. And

13:28

when you prompt Claude, there's a

13:29

bajillion ways you could do this. So, I

13:32

think we'll just take it like one thing

13:33

at a time. Let's say you want to batch

13:37

create a bunch of these like

13:40

motivational single image posts. Let's

13:43

say you want to batch create those. You

13:45

want to do 20. You want to do 25. You

13:47

want to do 100. Doesn't matter. You want

13:49

to batch create some. What you're going

13:51

to do is we're going to ask Claude to

13:53

help us come up with these motivational

13:55

quotes. So, first we're going to say,

13:57

"Give me a list of 20 motivational

14:02

quotes for aspiring content creators

14:07

and entrepreneurs."

14:10

Boom. Now, if we're asking for a list of

14:12

20 motivational quotes in our brand

14:15

template, I'm going to edit my template

14:17

and I'm going to make sure I have 20

14:19

standalone images. So, if I just have

14:22

one template here, there's just one. I'm

14:24

going to do this view. We're going to

14:25

add 20 pages. We're just going to

14:26

duplicate this 20 times or keyboard

14:30

shortcut is window D or command D. We're

14:33

going to make 20 blank pages for Claude.

14:38

Perfect. And now we're just going to

14:39

update these changes. Should be good to

14:42

go. Your job is to go through all 20 of

14:45

these quotes and make sure they sound

14:47

like you. Make sure it's something you

14:49

would say. Make sure it's you. It's your

14:51

brand voice. And when you have 20 that

14:54

you like, you're going to say, "Could

14:55

you use my insert brand kit in Canva and

14:59

create a design for each of these quotes

15:02

using the insert the name of the

15:05

template, motivational quote sample

15:07

template in my brand templates folder.

15:10

There are 20 slides in that template, so

15:12

should be enough for all of the quotes.

15:14

So, I'm just pretending all of these are

15:16

perfect right now. If I had gone through

15:19

and customized it, I would list out all

15:22

updated 20 quotes here. But for sake of

15:25

time, we're just going to say these are

15:27

perfect. I'm going to send this off to

15:30

Claude and take a sip of coffee.

15:34

Because this template is in the brand's

15:37

template folder, Claude will not be

15:39

actually editing our template. So, we

15:41

could continue to reuse this. Claude

15:43

created a copy. So when Claude is done,

15:46

literally all of our stuff will be

15:49

linked here. So we just press open link

15:51

and boom, shakalaka. We have all 20

15:55

motivational quotes already created by

15:57

Claude. Okay. Now, what about what about

16:02

carousels? Let's do carousels. So I with

16:05

my carousel, it is I believe five tips.

16:08

It's one two three four five call to

16:11

action. So, I'm going to ask Claude,

16:14

"Can you create 30 educational carousel

16:20

ideas for me?" Each idea needs to be in

16:26

a fivestep or five tips or five tools

16:34

format cuz that's what my template is

16:37

in. Now, again, there's a million

16:39

different ways you could go about this.

16:40

You could take one idea at a time and

16:42

create one carousel at a time. Or if

16:45

you're feeling real crazy and you want

16:47

to outline 20 different carousel posts

16:50

in one sitting, you could and then have

16:53

Claude create 20 carousel posts in one

16:55

sitting. But Claude would just need all

16:58

the information for you. Remember, we're

16:59

not trying to have AI be our brains,

17:02

right? I want to still be its modern

17:05

millie. If I say, "Okay, here is five

17:07

tips to grow your first 1,000

17:09

followers." I want those tips to come

17:11

from me. So, we're going to follow like

17:13

a prompt like this. So, let's say you do

17:15

need help coming up with your five tips.

17:18

You could do something like this where

17:19

you say, "Let's start working on number

17:21

13. Help me turn this idea into a rough

17:23

carousel." And then you're going to give

17:25

Claude the outline of your carousel

17:28

template. So, you're going to say,

17:30

"Slide one, bold hook with a subheading.

17:33

Slide two, introduce the painoint or

17:36

interesting statistic. Keep it short.

17:39

Slide three through seven, those are the

17:42

tips. And then final slide is the call

17:44

to action. So let's do this one. When

17:48

you're happy, you can say, "Can you

17:52

reference my BSP model

17:56

brand kit and use the IMM Instagram?"

18:08

Now, we're just going to ask Claude to

18:10

turn this into our carousel, and

18:12

Claude's going to get going. Now, like I

18:13

said, you could do this, and you could

18:15

batch create like 20 or 30 carousels at

18:19

once. I think the easiest way to do that

18:21

is in Google Docs. So, here, let's just

18:26

create a Google Doc. We're going to take

18:29

all of these

18:36

one. Using the headings, we're going to

18:38

separate out each of the ideas.

18:44

You're going to outline each and every

18:45

carousel or have Claude help you outline

18:47

each and every carousel. When you're

18:49

done, you're going to press file and

18:50

download. Then you'll upload the doc

18:53

directly to Claude and say, "Use my

18:56

brand kit." and turn all of these

18:57

carousel posts into carousel posts in

19:00

Canva. It's going to take a lot longer.

19:02

Claude is going to take a lot longer to

19:03

do that, but it's possible. And that's

19:05

how you could just batch create a bunch

19:07

of carousels in one sitting. So, let's

19:09

go back to our carousel and see what

19:12

Claude has done for us. You don't need

19:15

100 followers to land brand deals. Here

19:16

are the five steps that actually work. I

19:19

love that. Oh my gosh, so good. And then

19:22

you could go in and customize. Now, I

19:25

did say I would touch on reels or short

19:27

form video. And right now, even if you

19:30

set up a reel as a brand template, for

19:33

example, I have this reel and it's set

19:36

up properly, right? Heading and hook

19:38

text, catchy subheading, it's set up the

19:41

right way that we would do for

19:43

carousels. Claude currently doesn't have

19:46

the logic to plug in text and edit the

19:49

video. I think that's coming. It doesn't

19:51

have it right now, but one thing that

19:55

you could do, and it's the similar tip

19:57

to what I did in my other video, and

20:00

this only works right now if you're just

20:01

putting like one line on your reel, like

20:04

a motivational quote or like one tip or

20:06

one thing. You know, the videos where

20:07

it's like B-roll with like a 7-second

20:10

video, B-roll, text, and trendy music.

20:13

This could work for batch creating a

20:15

bunch of those. So, let's go to social

20:17

media. Let's create Tik Tok video. We're

20:20

going to use this template because it's

20:23

like exactly what we're looking for. I'm

20:25

not going to worry about the video in

20:27

the background yet because I think I'll

20:29

change the video per piece of content.

20:31

But I mean, you could change the font,

20:34

whatever. Same thing. Update as you

20:36

need. What we're going to do to create a

20:39

bunch of reals, let's go back to those

20:41

motivational quotes. Let's use these

20:43

motivational quotes.

20:45

Now, we're going to go to apps and we're

20:49

going to bulk create. We're going to

20:51

enter data manually. Let's clear the

20:54

table off and let's just paste all of

20:56

our quotes. This is going to be like

20:58

each of our videos. So, we have all of

21:00

our videos or each quote per video.

21:02

We're going to press done. Then, we're

21:05

going to connect the data. So, we want

21:07

to connect our quote with where the

21:09

quote should go in Canva. So, I'm going

21:11

to go more, press connect data, and now

21:14

we'll continue. So, we're going to apply

21:17

this, and we're going to create 20

21:18

separate designs to make 20 different

21:20

reels. View design. So, now we have 20

21:23

different videos. What I would do is go

21:25

in and like customize, add B-roll

21:28

specifically for that quote. And what

21:31

you could do like before you make a

21:32

bunch of copies, I probably should have

21:33

done this on the last step, but I would

21:35

get rid of the audio and I would make

21:37

sure the video length is 7 seconds. So

21:40

that way before you bulk create, you

21:43

just have a bunch of 7-second videos

21:44

that were bulk created at once. So

21:46

technically, if you follow all these

21:48

steps, you can create unlimited pieces

21:50

of content because you could batch

21:52

create like 20 motivational quotes or

21:54

even a 100 motivational quotes in one

21:56

sitting. You could batch create 50

21:59

carousels in one sitting. You could even

22:01

batch create simple reals in one

22:04

sitting. Now, let me just say just

22:07

because you could batch create a bunch

22:09

of content in one sitting, that doesn't

22:11

mean that content is going to perform

22:13

well. I feel like this strategy is not

22:15

to be used with the expectation that you

22:18

will see growth from it. I would only

22:20

use this if I needed to just put things

22:24

up or like fill in space. So, for

22:26

example, when I took my maternity leave

22:29

and I was not creating for 3 months,

22:32

this is the type of like filler content

22:35

that I would post just to post just to

22:39

tell the algorithm I'm being consistent

22:41

without expectations of it performing

22:43

well. So, maybe one week it would be

22:44

like Monday is the motivational quote,

22:46

Wednesday is the real and then Friday is

22:49

the carousel, right? And then if I did

22:51

that for 3 months, that's 12 to 15 weeks

22:54

of content. three posts per week. That's

22:57

anywhere between 36 and I don't know,

23:00

math. [laughter]

23:01

That's more than 36 posts. That is the

23:04

type of situation that I would use this

23:05

for. I wouldn't use this as like a way

23:07

to try to shortcut your way to fast

23:09

growth because this isn't a growth

23:11

strategy. This is simply a strategy that

23:13

you can use to maintain your presence on

23:16

social media. So, just want to properly

23:18

set those expectations there. If you

23:20

want to hear about any more claude hacks

23:22

or if you have any follow-up questions

23:23

about this process, just let me know

23:25

down in the comments below. Thank you so

23:27

much for watching and I'll see you in

23:28

the next one. Follow your joy. Bye.
