We welcome Ciudadano Digital, the virtual platform of the Government of the Province of Córdoba to perform digital procedures and services in an agile and simple way, without moving from home or from any device.

I am Pablo and I work in the attention of the CIDI public. I will accompany you on this journey to open your account and learn to use the platform. In this video tutorial you will learn to create your account in CIDI step by step. With your digital citizen account or CIDI you will be able to interact digitally with the government of the province of Córdoba to perform digital procedures and services.

Now that e-tramit is inside CIDI, you will be able to perform more than 200 digital procedures with all security and privacy. The advantage of all this is that all the management that you used to do in person can now be done online. You save time, you save money because you don't have to move from your house or queue.

It also prevents paper from being used, which contributes a lot to the environment. So you benefit, the environment benefits, we all benefit. Cidi is an agile and simple tool and you can use it from any device: your cell phone, your tablet, your computer or whatever you like.

To take advantage of these benefits, you must keep in mind that Ciudadano Digital will be your digital identity for the government of the province of Córdoba. I'm going to tell you how you have to do to enter the platform and register as a digital citizen. You can enter CIDI from your computer, your tablet or your cell phone.

Pay attention, you are going to open your browser and you are going to write on the search bar: cd.cba.gov.ar I repeat: cd.cba.gov.ar Here, where it says "How to be a digital citizen" you will find a step-by-step guide on how to register as a digital citizen.

If you prefer to create your account with your cell phone, you will have to download the Ciudadano Digital app. You will enter your app store, if you have a cell phone with Android it will be the Play Store and if you have an iPhone it will be the App Store and you will search for Ciudadano Digital Córdoba. This is the app that you have to install. You will click where it says install and once it is finished downloading you will be able to enter the application.

As soon as you open the app you will find the option "Create your account" You will select this option and a new window will open Remember that every time you download an app, it is in one of the screens of your cell phone For example, I stayed here, so I'm going to enter If you do it from your computer you have to click on the "Enter" button Below you will appear an option that says "Create your account"

You are going to click there and you are already in the registration form. In addition to these personal data, a fundamental requirement to create the digital citizen is that you have an email address. It has to be valid and you have to be using it currently. It is also very important that this address is of your personal use so that this email is associated with a single CIDI account.

The only case where CIDI will not ask you to have an email account is if it is a person under 16 years old. In that case, the account recovery, if you forget your password, will be done through the 0800 or the virtual chat.

The email address is very important because first you will have to confirm your account with your email and also all the notifications about the procedures you are doing will reach you to the same email. If you do not have an email you will not be able to register in CIDI.

That's why if you need to open a new email account, I recommend you watch the video of ABC Digital so you can follow the step by step and create your Gmail account. The upper margin of the registration page shows us that the process of creating an account has four steps: the start, the personal data, the account data and the confirmation. To create your account you have three options: the first one, fill out the form.

If not, you can upload photos of the front and back of your ID or write your process number, which is the 11-digit number that appears at the bottom of your ID. All the data you write must be true and complete because they will be validated with the National Register of People. Remember that if you don't remember your QIL number, you can find it on the ANSES website. We are going to register by completing the form.

Here on the left you will see a description of each step. I recommend you read it to know what each one is about. Here I am going to put my Quill number, I am going to select my sex, my last name and my name, and my date of birth. If you look, while I'm doing it, you will see indications that will help us to know the correct format to put each of the data. Once you put confirm,

The registration page will show me if I have an error. Here, for example, it indicates that the informed quilling number is not valid. This is because I put a wrong number. The data you enter must be exactly the same as those that appear in your ID. If it appears that the data does not match the Renaper's, it may be that you have made a mistake typing something or that there is indeed an error in the national register of people.

If the platform tells you that there is already a digital citizen registered with the data you entered, I suggest that you try to recover your password because you may not remember when you generated your account. Watch the video with the step by step to recover your password. The second step is to fill in with your personal data. The first thing it will ask you is your email account.

Remember that it must be a valid email and that two CD accounts cannot share the same email account. We are going to fill in with our email account. The second data is our cell phone number. You have to put the characteristic with the zero and the cell phone with the 15. Remember that the data that have an asterisk are mandatory. We are going to click again on confirm to move on to the next step.

It will ask you to choose how you want to recover your password in case you ever forget it or lose it. You can select the option to recover it with your email or with a SMS that will reach your cell phone. Finally, you are going to press the confirm button to move on to the next step. If you are creating your account with your cell phone, you will see that

You will see a very similar form that we are seeing on the computer. You select the option "Create your account" and a new window opens on a web page and you complete your data step by step. For example, here we are seeing step number 2 in which you complete with your personal data. We reach step 3 in which you have to complete the data of your account. You will choose your password and your secret question.

The password is the key with which you will always enter the digital citizen account. The secret question will help you in case you forget your password and you can't recover the account with your mail either. So, let's fill in the space of the key. Remember that the password must meet the requirements that appear on the left margin. Contains at least 8 characters, at least one capital letter, one lowercase and one number.

If the password is not safe and does not meet these requirements, a red sign will appear that will indicate that the password is incorrect and will ask you to put another one. The password must coincide exactly in both fields. The next step is the secret question.

It's going to be a question that will help you to get your password back, so it has to be a question that easily remembers the answer. For example, the neighborhood of your childhood. In my case, it's Barrio El Trébol. Before confirming, you have to accept the terms and conditions of use and privacy policies by clicking on the blank space to be highlighted.

The password is very important for our security. I recommend you write it down on some paper so that it can help you remember and if you ever forget it, you can find it. An example of a password that may be useful is a date, such as December 8th. If you put the first letter of the month in capital letters, it will

complete all the requirements of the password since it will have more than 8 characters, a number, a capital letter and a lowercase. Ready! The only thing left is to confirm the digital citizen account with your email. Then we are going to open a new tab in the browser and enter our email. Once you enter you will find an email from the Government of Córdoba that says "new digital citizen account".

If you don't find it or think it didn't reach you, it may appear in spam or if not, you may need to update the page with the F5 of your keyboard. You will enter this mail that came to you from the Government of Córdoba and press this blue button that will appear that says "Validate". Once you press it, it will redirect you directly to the digital citizen portal.

Done! Your digital citizen account is already confirmed, so the only thing left to do is to log in with your Quill, as always, and the password you chose. Done! You have already created your digital citizen account and this is the main page of the platform.

Soon we will learn together how to navigate it so that you can take your first steps in CIDI and take advantage of all the benefits it has to perform your procedures and services digitally and from your home. You are already a digital citizen level 1. Maybe at some point you need to do some procedure that asks you to verify your account or that you have CIDI level 2. What does this mean? In digital citizen there are two levels of access.

Level 1 or Confirmed Account, which is what you just did when you confirmed with your email account. Or Level 2 or Verified Account. Now it is important that you know how to close session to maintain your security every time you stop using SIGI.

If you forgot to close session and you close the browser, the session will automatically close after a few hours of inactivity. But to be more sure, I recommend you to close session. For that, if you are from the computer, you will go to the upper right margin where your profile is. You will click there and some options will be displayed. You have already closed session and when you want to return to Ciudadano Digital, you will have to start session as always with your Quill number, which is your user, and the password that you chose. By clicking there, you will see the answers to many of the frequently asked questions. If you need to chat with a person, you can do it through the virtual chat of the government page. You will go down in the digital citizen page to the contact center. If you open there, the chat online will appear to make the consultation with a real person. Through the chat you will be able to communicate with an operator to receive advice on your procedures.
